Baghdad, Iraq, Nov. 22 (UPI) -- Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the suspected al-Qaida leader in Iraq, was spotted south of the northern Iraqi oil-center of Kirkuk, reports said Monday. The daily al-Taakhi, organ of the Kurdistan Democratic Party led by Massoud Barzani, quoted a police source in Kirkuk as saying Zarqawi had fled the battles in Fallujah to northern Iraq and might have been wounded.
