<description>You guys are pretty smart so I thought I would ask you a question. Should a Constitutional Amendment be enacted to allow for the recall of a President such as Grey Davis was recalled in California? I mean when 65% of the country realizes a President is a failure, shouldn&#x26;#x27;t there be a way to remove him?</description>
