Thousands of people have taken part in a contest to catch fish in a frozen river in South Korea.

The Hennepin County Water Patrol says two women are lucky to be alive after their car broke through Lake Minnetonka Saturday night. Rescuers say they were driving a Ford Explorer on the lake, a few hundred yards from shore, near Hardscrabble Point in Minnetrista. "All of a sudden, the vehicle just went through the ice," says Sgt.
