ORLANDO, Fla. — It's a multimillion-dollar problem, putting pressure on the United States immigration system. Now federal officials admit more than 52,000 unaccompanied children who illegally crossed the nation’s southwest border this year could be anywhere. Eyewitness News found out more than 4,000 of the children made their way to Florida, and Channel 9's Stephanie Bertini found one teenaged boy living in central Florida. He agreed to speak with her as long as his identity was not revealed. The boy’s footprints mark the pathway of an illegal journey fueled by dreams. “We had to walk a lot… and we only...

How do we make sense of the fact that America’s most progressive cities, the ones that cherish diversity, are losing African Americans? And that the most conservative places are doing the opposite? Between 2000 and 2010, cities like Austin, Chicago, Washington D.C., San Francisco—places that vote majority Democrat, consider themselves socially and culturally progressive, and boast racial diversity—all lost unprecedented numbers of African Americans. San Francisco, for instance, saw a staggering 20.4 percent loss in its African American population between 2000 and 2010. Chicago and Washington D.C. also experienced double-digit losses. During that same decade, the only three major cities...

Conservative activist James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas is out with a new video showing Democratic campaign workers appearing to condone and assist an individual posing as an illegal immigrant to vote in North Carolina. In the video, a woman pretending to be an illegal immigrant from Brazil asks a number of campaign workers — many working for candidates running for law enforcement offices in the state — if she can vote, despite being an illegal immigrant. Each person the video shows her asking answers that it is not a problem. It is illegal for a non-citizen to vote, regardless of whether...

It’s fair to say discussion got off track about an ordinance proposed by Stuckart that said, “no Spokane City officer or employee shall inquire into the immigration status of any person, or engage in activities designed to ascertain the immigration status of any person.” The new law affirms policies already in place in the Spokane Police Department. According to the department’s manual, “the immigration status of individuals alone is not a matter for police action. … Confidence in this commitment will increase the effectiveness of the Department in protecting and serving the community.” The city ordinance passed by a 5-2...

An election integrity watchdog group is suing the state of Maryland, alleging that it has discovered massive and ongoing fraudulent voting by non-U.S. citizens in one county. But because of the way that the non-citizens are able to cast votes in elections, the fraud is likely happening in every single county and subdivision across the state. The group believes that the illegal voting has been happening for years. The group, Virginia Voters Alliance, says that it compared how voters in Frederick County filled out jury duty statements compared with their voting records. The group’s investigation found that thousands of people...

CNSNews.com asked, “Just to clarify, you’re saying that none of the unaccompanied minors who have entered the U.S. had the enterovirus?” “There were none reported to the Office of Refugee Resettlement,” Kenneth Wolfe, spokesman for the Administration of Children and Families for the Department of Health and Human Services, told CNSNews.com in an emailed response. An election-watch group is suing Maryland over the alleged presence of noncitizens on the state’s voting rolls. The lawsuit, filed Friday in U.S. District Court in Baltimore, asserts that individuals who opted out of jury duty because they were not legal U.S. residents have cast ballots in at least three Maryland elections. Based on the number of potential unqualified voters identified in Frederick County, up to 7 percent of Maryland’s registered voters could be illegal immigrants, according to estimates. “Their continued appearance on these lists makes it nearly impossible for Maryland law to prevent these declared noncitizens from casting votes...

A large number of non-citizens cast ballots in U.S. elections and it’s possible that the illegal votes were responsible for President Obama’s 2008 victory, according to an in-depth academic study that confirms Judicial Watch’s assessment that foreign nationals have helped Democrats steal elections. Non-citizens tend to favor Democrats and Obama won more than 80% of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 sample gathered by the Cooperative Congressional Election Study (CCES), a large-scale academic survey project operated by teams of researchers from across the country. In fact, enough ineligible voters cast ballots in 2008 to conceivably account for Democratic victories...

The NAACP has been a hollow organization for a while. Its membership may or may not exist, but it’s so small that it represents a tiny fraction of African-Americans. ... There’s a reason why Obama took a pass at appearing before the NAACP. It’s a dying organization being kept alive as a front for various lefty causes that have nothing to do with black people or that black people oppose, like illegal immigration and gay rights, and because its legacy is useful to provide cover on voter fraud issues. Now the Democratic Party’s favorite anti-Semitic Nazi collaborator is helping the...

Arpaio added that releasing illegal aliens with criminal records was a “form of amnesty by the Obama administration.” ... Arpaio also said that the Mexican border has become so dangerous, law enforcement are afraid to cross,

The political fortunes of Barack Obama and the Democrat Party continue to decline precipitously, just as important midterm elections which could significantly impact Obama’s final two years in office loom. Oddly enough, Obama has somehow weathered grave scandals involving the IRS, Veterans’ Administration, Fast and Furious, Benghazi, and others worthy of immediate impeachment, only to find himself out of favor with one of his most populous and loyal constituencies—-the illegal alien bunch. How bitterly ironic for Obama and the Democrats that illegal aliens are threatening to NOT vote in November, owing to broken promises and the lack of progress in...

It is becoming pretty obvious that the American Left is virtually bankrupt of tolerance or understanding. Under the guise of political correctness a group of hyper-sensitive liberals are petitioning a Colorado restaurant to change its name. Since the mid 1990’s, Pete Turner has expanded his Boulder-based restaurant to six locations along the Front Range; but he might have to consider rebranding his business because a bunch of self-victimized leftists are throwing a hissy fit. According to the Coloradoan:Three weeks shy of opening his newest Illegal Pete's restaurant in Old Town Fort Collins, restaurant owner Pete Turner came to Fort Collins on...

A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman said that the fingerprints of the suspected shooter match those of a man named Luis Enrique Monroy-Bracamonte. Monroy-Bracamonte was initially deported to Mexico in 1997 after being convicted of dug possession in Arizona. Four years later, he was arrested and deported again for an unspecified offense....

The forum covered several issues several times as the SAFE (Secure and Fair Elections) law, sponsored by Kobach, was attacked and defended. The law, which requires proof of citizenship for new Kansas voters, has left 22,000 would be registrants -- not so. "And now we have 22,000 people, who are citizens, in limbo. They don't have cell phones and smart phones," said Democrat Jean Schodorf (SNIP) Kobach said that his billing records show that he spent no more time per week on such activities than he would have on a round of golf.

Calling it "“an irresponsible overreach of the executive branch’s authority.," Senator Charles Grassley, ranking Republican on the Judiciary Committee, is criticizing an executive order issued by the president that would allow at least 100,000 Haitian nationals into the United States to be "reunited with their families." A similar program that reunited Central American children with their parents had a fraud rate of about 70%. “The rebuilding and development of a safe and economically strong Haiti is a priority for the United States. The Haitian Family Reunification Parole program promotes a fundamental underlying goal of our immigration system — family reunification,”...

Judge Jeanine Pirro remarked that the Obama Administration is violating federal law by reducing the military by 90,000 while simultaneously recruiting illegal immigrants into the armed services and arming them through unilateral executive order. Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Allen West joined the judge to discuss this unlawful action. Col. West agreed with Judge Jeanine’s comment that it is a felony to arm an illegal immigrant under Title 18 USC 922 (d)(5a) “When has law ever meant anything to Barack Hussein Obama? But the more important thing that we have to come to understand is if you go to the Constitution,...
