AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - A man has been arrested in the beating death of a passenger who'd been riding in a car that struck a toddler in Austin, Texas. Golden Gloves boxer Kurtiss Colvin has been charged with felony manslaughter and theft and a misdemeanor count of assault. He is being held on $215,000 bond.
