Brandon Maddox and Silencer Central is an American success story. Brandon went from a Federal Firearms License (FFL) in his home to the largest silencer dealer in the USA. Today, Brandon’s companies dominate the silencer/suppressor market, regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA). This correspondent met Brandon Maddox at the 2024 SHOT Show. Brandon had read several AmmoLand articles, recognized this writer, and started a conversation. Brandon graciously agreed to be interviewed. This is the first in a series of articles resulting from several interviews.Brandon was born in Alabama. His father spent a tour in the Army after a Reserve...

On the first Saturday in May this year, about 1,000 people gathered at the Kentucky Capitol to protest Gov. Andy Beshear’s (D) handling of the coronavirus pandemic with his orders to close businesses and public activities. Many in the crowd did not wear masks, ignoring a strong recommendation by the Democratic governor to curb the spread of the virus. Most did not follow Beshear’s call to stay at least 6 feet apart. Some waved Confederate flags. One sign called the governor “Adolph Beshear.” One of the speakers at the gathering was Republican state Rep. Savannah Maddox, a freshman lawmaker who...

As the clock struck midnight last Sunday, Grand Junction night owls saw red–literally. The digital billboard looming over Rimrock Marketplace now displays a massive crimson and yellow “GOP,” but with the “O” replaced by the Russian hammer & sickle icon used by the former Soviet Union. Mesa County progressives purchased the billboard to call out the Republican Party’s refusal to challenge Trump’s apparent preference for Russian denials of election interference over the unanimous assessment of United States intelligence agencies. Grand Junction resident Anne Landman, who paid for the billboard, says its purpose is to draw attention “Republicans’ alarming acceptance...

Angelina Jolie has been no stranger to scandal over the years, but the latest storm that’s brewing could be one of the most serious yet — if it proves to have any merit at all, that is. Mounh Sarath, an aid worker in Cambodia, is claiming that he listed himself as the father of Maddox Jolie-Pitt on the boy’s adoption papers to help speed up the process for the actress in 2003. “She had to change his name, so the only way was for me to do it. I said he’s my son,” he explained. Allegedly, Jolie was supposed to...

We are whistleblowers as eye witnesses to the war crimes committed in Libya by Hillary Clinton. We are the official spokespersons for the tribes of Libya and have given actionable intelligence on the ground in Libya to the DIA who agent (Eric Maddox) was in our home many times. We have also had the FBI and CIA in our home (the CIA was brought into our home by Glenn Becks production company “The Blaze”) The CIA lady told us if we did not shut up about Libya we would have no life, at that point we went public. We brought...

Welcome to the Unfastened Coins website. This site is dedicated to exposing the truth about the government's involvement in the sinking of the Titanic. Specifically, that they did it (and by "they" I mean Jews). I created this documentary to spread the truth about the government coverup in Oklahoma, Waco, New York Middle East the North Atlantic. I'm just a kid with a laptop who discovered the truth, but I encourage you to do your own research and come to your own conclusions based on my premise that the government is lying to you and that your disagreement with said...

My viewers are well aware that I have pointed out several times that hate-America leftists have been trying to hijack the 9/11 memorials planned and/or under construction across the USA. So far, the record seems to be that they have been unsuccessful in New York City, due to the intervention of Governor Pataki, but they have been successful in undermining the meaning of memorials planned for the location of the crash of Flight 93 in Pennsylvania and of one just unveiled that is located in Arizona in memory of 9/11.

Former Steelers quarterback Tommy Maddox came to Pittsburgh on Tuesday to get his Super Bowl XL ring, but he won't be staying for long. The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reported that Maddox has sold his house and moved to Roanoke, Texas, where he can play golf all year. Maddox said he wants to make golf a full-time endeavor. He plans to hit the mini-tour circuit, with the hope of eventually qualifying for the Nationwide Tour. Last month, Maddox came close to making the cut for the EDS Byron Nelson Championship. Members of the Steelers team that beat Seattle in Super Bowl XL...

Maddox Gets More Baggage No question about it, Scott Maddox has name recognition. Lots of it. The kind no other candidate for governor wants. Maddox is pulling more baggage than the Amtrak Silver Meteor. Revelations in mid-June of how Maddox handled the financial affairs of the Florida Democratic Party, which he chaired until his May departure to run for office, were bad enough. His explanation that it was all the fault of the party comptroller, Debbie Griffin-Bruton, was lame, even though she accepted the blame. Her admission also was accompanied by a news story that Maddox's real estate company had...

I was amused, but not surprised, to see that recently durring a City Council meeting (Tallahassee) that Mayor Scott Maddox nearly had a fit when a councilman merely "suggested" that the City look into offering firearms training for VICTIMS of Domestic Violence and other violent crimes.....< sarcasm>How dare we arm citizens to protect themselves the Government is doing a fine job...< /sarcasm>

My email sent to: maddox@fladems.com How is it that that party of "inclusion" and "choice" will, under your leadership fight so hard to EXCLUDE and limit the voter's "CHOICE". Do you think that the voters are not smart enough to vote for the candidate that they want or must we limit their choices in order to "help" them? You are on the wrong side of the "Nader" issue and you of all people should be fighting to keep his name on the ballot, even if he is not YOUR choice for President. Even the LIBERAL Florida Supreme Court does not...

Ralph Nader could make the difference in Florida again this year - if he gets on the ballot. It's clear Democrats don't want him there as John Kerry tries to defeat President Bush in a state that could go either way. Now Republicans are launching political attacks on Democrats for their desire to keep Nader from being a factor. When Nader first got in the race in February, Florida Democratic Party Chairman Scott Maddox said he would be watching carefully Nader's efforts to get on the ballot and mount a challenge if he doesn't precisely follow Florida law. After reiterating...

(CNSNews.com) - This weekend's Million Youth March in New York City, billed as a means to empower African-American youth and encourage unity, is also drawing unwanted attention to organizers of the march for their alleged anti-Semitism. Saturday's rally will take place over a six-block area in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood, which organizers call, "the heart of the black community." They expect between 20,000 and 100,000 people to attend. The city granted a permit for the Million Youth March in August after organizers threatened to go to court if the permit was not issued. The group's leaders also called for shutting down...

I try to look at my job with a sense of humor, I really do. Everything is just more pleasant if you can laugh at what is happening around you. There are occasionally times when what happens is so outrageous and that humor is simply the wrong response. Quite frankly, right now I’m pretty ticked off. This week, in the Assembly Higher Education Committee, two bills came up for a vote. Assemblyman Maddox had a bill (AB 307) to help our young men and women serving in the National Guard qualify for Cal Grants, a scholarship granted by the state...

Steelers quarterback Tommy Maddox was released from the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center this afternoon, with his doctor saying he has fully recovered from his head and spinal cord injuries.

Despite Maddox's remarkably quick recovery from his scary injury Sunday in Tennessee, he most likely will be sidelined at least a couple of weeks. The Steelers and Maddox's doctor, neurosurgeon Joseph Maroon, say it is entirely up to Maddox when he returns.
