A 10-month-old baby is in intensive care after her uncle allegedly mixed her formula with alcohol, Dothan police said Friday. Dothan police charged Dontavian Lee McCree, 19, with felony torture child abuse after hospital staff discovered the baby had ingested alcohol. The Dothan Eagle reports the baby was admitted around 1:30 p.m. Thursday but her condition had improved by Friday. Police said McCree's sister left her daughter in his care while she went to work, but she noticed the baby was acting oddly when she returned. DETROIT, MI -- Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade H. McCree is barred from presiding over a courtroom until January of 2021. The Michigan Supreme Court enacted a recommendation that the judge, suspended without pay since Feb. 3, 2013, be suspended from holding a judgeship for six years from Jan. 1,2015, should he be re-elected in this year's election. The 57-year-old must also pay $11,645.17 in costs, according to the Supreme Court opinion issued Wednesday.

DETROIT (WWJ/AP) – A Detroit judge has agreed to a reprimand for sending a shirtless photo of himself to a courthouse employee and telling a reporter, “No shame in my game.” Wayne County Circuit Judge Wade McCree agreed to the punishment in an order released Wednesday by the Michigan Supreme Court. The court says it’s accepting the recommendation of a watchdog agency and ordering a public censure. The justices agreed with the Judicial Tenure Commission that McCree “brought shame … to the judiciary” with his April comments to WJBK-TV reporter Charlie LeDuff.
