Hialeah, FL - Dec 03, 2006 An autopsy report released last week obtained by Operation Rescue now indicates that a baby that was reportedly born alive then intentionally killed at a Hialeah abortion mill in July was indeed born alive. However, it is unclear how this determination will affect any criminal prosecutions.
