  • U.S. Employment Discrimination Law Does Not Include Party Affiliation

Obama wanted his voters to seek revenge. What is fair for their side should be fair for our side. The U.S. Employment Discrimination Law covers, Race, Sex, Pregnancy, Religion, National Origin, Disability, Age, Military Affiliation, Bankruptcy, Genetic Info, and Citizenship. It does not cover party affiliation. If you have a business and you don't want any commie Democrats working for you, you should have the right to advertise "Democrats Need Not Apply". And if they lie to get hired, you should have the right to fire them at the first sign that they are a liberal Democrat.
  • Obama claims ‘pay your fair share’ mandate

A newly energized President Barack Obama told the public in his first address since Tuesday’s election that he was doubling down on his ultimatum to block any fiscal reform proposal that did not raise taxes on top-earning Americans. With Congress poised to tumble off a fiscal cliff composed of sequester budget cuts and expiring tax breaks on the first of next year, House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) has taken a conciliatory tone, saying House Republicans would work under the president’s leadership to find compromise...

I am an immigrant from a formerly socialist country who now lives in Palm Desert. I arrived in the United States on March 12, 1974. It's been a long journey. If you had my background, you would understand my concerns for the seeping of socialist policies into the laws of our great country, the "Land of the Free." Here is a piece I wrote regarding how seemingly "nice," "just," and politically correct ideas can be unfair and jeopardize freedom itself. I originally wrote the following essay on March 29, 2010 examining the merits of FDR's Second Bill of Rights -...

Just days after Tuesday’s presidential election, President Barack Obama invited Capitol Hill leaders to the White House for debt and spending meetings next week in order to discuss the country’s looming ‘fiscal cliff.’ On the election, he said that “the American people voted for action, not politics as usual.” “You elected us to focus on your job, not ours and in that spirit, I’ve invited leaders of both parties to the White House next week so we can start to build consensus around the challenges that we can only solve together.”

Charles Darwin gets 4,000 write-in votes in Georgia By David Beasley ATLANTA | Fri Nov 9, 2012 1:46pm EST (Reuters) - A Georgia congressman who attacked the theory of evolution found himself with an unlikely opponent in Tuesday's U.S. election, when 4,000 voters in one county cast write-in ballots for the 19th century father of evolution, British naturalist Charles Darwin.

When 23-month-old Lucie Linforth became ill earlier this month with a fever and what her parents thought might be a chest infection, her father took her to their family doctor. While they say she looked "extremely poorly" and her lips were turning blue, the receptionist told them to wait. And wait they did -- for more than hour. According to the girl's father, Eric Linforth, 33, he went up to the reception desk four or five times during a 70-minute period of time, and was told to sit back down without anyone even giving his daughter a glance. At one...

Some officials are calling for the U.S. military to take over the managerial structure of the Long Island Power Authority until power is restored on Long Island, where more than a quarter million homes and businesses are still in the dark after Sandy and a snowstorm. Nassau County Executive Edward Mangano and U.S. Rep. Peter King will ask the federal government for help, a spokesman for King tells NBC 4 New York. ... LIPA was warned as long ago as 2006 that it was not prepared to handle a major storm, that it badly needed to replace outdated technology and...

Faced with a more militarily assertive China, Japan and India are banding together. Two serious newspapers – the Times of India and the Asahi Shimbun, in separate reports, have emphasized the burgeoning ties between New Delhi and Tokyo prompted by mutual concern over an assertive China. Japan is feeling the brunt of the assertiveness as Chinese ships - for over two weeks - have made forays to challenge Japanese sovereignty over the Senkaku Islands. The Chinese ships claim that they are operating in Chinese territorial waters. Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihiko Noda and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh are slated to...

A review of voter registration data for ten counties in Colorado details a pattern of voter bloat inflating registration rolls to numbers larger than the total voting age population. Using publicly available voter data and comparing it to U.S. Census records reveals the ten counties having a total registration ranging between 104 to 140 percent of the respective populations. Counties such as Gilpin and Hinsdale have 110 percent of their populations registered to vote. Gilpin County has a total population of 5,441 with 17.4% of the population below the voting age, making the highest possible number of registered voters 4,494....

FIGHT ON - NEVER WAIVER, NEVER FALTER Late on election night, November 6, 2012...actually probably early in the morning hours of November 7th at the time...well after Ohio and then Virginia were called, and then after listening to the speeches by Romney and Obama, I wrote the following and shared it with friends and groups I frequent. "God in Heaven has answered our prayers...but not the answer we hoped and prayed for. I have faith in Him, and accept His will. It just means we have to work harder, that we will probably have to endure much more, and that...

Judge [Jim] Crow denies Allen West's motion in Palm Beach County. He says West motion is "premature" since no the election has no official results yet; also says the legislature, not courts, sets election procedures. A Palm Beach County circuit court hearing on Republican U.S. Rep. Allen West’s motion to impound ballots and voting machines is scheduled for noon today.[snip] West filed a similar motion in St. Lucie County.

Wall Street bankers have been told by the White House that President Obama is serious about deficit reduction and views it as a “legacy” issue for his administration, sources told the FOX Business Network. Talks between Wall Street executives and the administration began almost immediately after the President’s re-election and the discussions have been largely cordial, despite talk that banks are bracing for a new round of tougher regulations. At least for now, there are no signs of acrimony and discussions with executives have been cordial, a banker familiar with the talks says.

McDonald's Corp. says a key sales figure fell in October, marking the first monthly drop in nearly a decade for the world's biggest hamburger chain. The company, says global sales at restaurants open at least a year fell 1.8 percent for the month. The last time the figure dropped was in 2003. The figure is a key metric because it strips out the impact of newly opened and closed locations. The fast-food chain says the figure fell 2.2 percent in both the U.S. and Europe. In the region encompassing Asia, the Middle East and Africa, it dropped 2.4 percent. After...

Fresh from decisive losses in seven of Maryland’s eight congressional districts and its worst performance ever in a U.S. Senate race, the Maryland Republican Party is searching for answers to stop its slide into irrelevance in the increasingly deep-blue state. The party lost one of its two congressional incumbents Tuesday when Rep. Roscoe G. Bartlett was defeated in a heavily gerrymandered district, leaving incumbent Rep. Andy Harris as the party’s sole representative in Congress. Also Tuesday, voters approved ballot initiatives to legalize same-sex marriage and give in-state tuition to some illegal immigrants, despite heavy opposition from conservatives. Acknowledging that they...

What about the future, then? Does the Republican Party have a future? As I have been saying, there is no unity among white Americans. The old splits of education, class, sex, religion, city-country, and of course North-South still divide whites, and that is the basis of most of our politics. The Republican Party is white, sure enough, but whites aren't Republican. This will presumably be less and less the case as whites head for minority status. At some point the fact of impending minority status will sink in, and whites will begin to sink their differences and circle the wagons....

Dear Mr. Drudge: I have written before that, whether I like it or not, you are the one of the most influential forces in modern media, possibly THE most influential single player. You tower above your peers in what you do. Despite my failed efforts, no liberal or Democrat has even tried to create a legitimate competitor to what you do. But with your influence comes power, and with power comes responsibility, and the Drudge Report in recent months has become inundated, and saturated and permeated with baiting stories about the president's race, and about blacks generally. These are beneath...
