Rush Limbaugh has been on the radio for 30 years, Sean Hannity on the radio and Fox News for more than 20, Mark Levin more than 10, and there hasn’t been a day in at least the last decade where they weren’t under assault from some tentacle of the left-wing outrage machine. They’ve been unable to beat them with liberal hosts, so they’ve spent untold millions trying to destroy them. Out-of-context quotes and flat-out lies fed to fellow travelers with press credentials are liberal’s weapons of choice. They have failed miserably, but they haven’t slowed one bit.

Former Rolls-Royce engineer 'arrested under Official Secrets Act' amid fears China tried to obtain F-35 fighter jet detailsA man in his 70s has been arrested as part of a probe under the Official Secrets Act, police said on Thursday, amid reports he was a former Rolls-Royce engineer suspected of divulging secrets about Britain's new stealth fighter to China. Scotland Yard said the man was arrested on Tuesday afternoon and taken to a police station in Derbyshire before being released under investigation. A search at an address in Derbyshire was ongoing while a search warrant was also executed at an office...

For the umpteenth time, the United Nations General Assembly has voted to condemn Israel for defending itself. By a tally of 120 to 8, the members declared that Israel was guilty of “excessive use of force” against Palestinians who were protesting the opening of the U.S. embassy in Jerusalem. The resolution also requested recommendations to protect Palestinians. For 10 weeks now, the two sides have clashed at the border, resulting in 120 Palestinian deaths. Israeli Defense Forces warned protesters not to approach the Israeli-Gaza border on May 14, the day of the embassy opening. They did anyway - some armed...
  • 11 Times Obama Catered to Worst Dictators in the World

Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama love statists, Islamists, and dictators. Barack Obama routinely gave away the store to thugs for nothing in return. Most of the world is either Socialist or Communist and it’s nearly impossible to negotiate and maintain peace unless it’s with someone in those groups. Some are far worse than others. The Castro brothers, the Mullahs, many African dictators, Maduro, and Kim Jong-un are among the worst. The media raved over Obama’s and Hillary’s efforts to deal with, some would say cater to, the thugs of other nations, but not so with President Trump.

On June 14, 1777, the Second Continental Congress selected the flag of the United States. In 1916, President Woodrow Wilson designated June 14 as “National Flag Day.” “I … call your attention to the approach of the anniversary of the day upon which the flag of the United States was adopted by the Congress as the emblem of the Union. … I therefore … request that throughout the nation … the fourteenth day of June be observed as Flag Day with special patriotic exercises … to give significant expressions to our thoughtful love of America, our comprehension of the great...
  • Supreme Court rules state law banning political apparel at polls is illegal

The Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a Minnesota law banning voters from wearing political apparel to the polls, saying it was too draconian in stifling Americans’ First Amendment rights. The 7-2 decision said it may be possible for states to restrict stridently political T-shirts and buttons, but the justices said Minnesota didn’t justify why its law needed to be so broad.

•US president Donald Trump left experts baffled when he said North Korea had agreed to destroy a missile engine testing site, but it now looks like North Korea is making good. •North Korea will reportedly destroy a large-scale facility in Tongchang-ri, North Pyongan Province that was used to test engines for the intercontinental-range ballistic missile, the Hwasong-14. •The Hwasong-14 was the first North Korean missile experts said could hit the US mainland with a nuclear payload. •Measures like the destruction of testing sites in North Korea, if monitored by US and international experts, could build the kind of trust needed...

When Kanye West recently suggested that African-Americans didn’t need to be Democrats, Rep. Maxine Waters quickly tried to put him in his place. Waters told Kanye, in effect, that he needs permission -- from his betters, presumably -- to say what he believes. In other words, don’t talk out of turn; follow the thinking of the group. She sounded like a plantation manager of old, insisting that everyone else follow the rules she and other black Democratic leaders set down for “their” people. All Americans today are reaping the benefits of the Trump administration’s economic policies. Employment is at an...

The New York State attorney general’s office filed a scathingly worded lawsuit on Thursday taking aim at the Donald J. Trump Foundation, accusing the charity and the Trump family of sweeping violations of campaign finance laws, self-dealing and illegal coordination with the presidential campaign. The lawsuit, which seeks to dissolve the foundation and bar President Trump and three of his children from serving on nonprofit organizations, was an extraordinary rebuke of a sitting president. The attorney general also sent referral letters to the Internal Revenue Service and the Federal Election Commission for possible further action, adding to Mr. Trump’s extensive...

Rosenstein doesn’t want documents produced that will embarrass the DOJ. He’s playing bulldog, the way an aggressive lawyer in private practice would behave in response to a document request. He’s treating Congress as an adversary — as a threat to the cult. Loyalty to an agency or department one works for is an admirable quality up to a point. When one becomes a leader of the department, appointed by the president, the equation changes some, or should. We should still want agency heads to have some loyalty to the agency. Otherwise, morale will dip and the agency may become a...
  • North Koreans Call Trump Supreme Leader After Singapore Summit, Praising Him Like Their Own Dictator

In the wake of a historic summit between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, North Korean media has started lavishing praise on the U.S. President. In some cases, the state-run media has even started calling him Supreme Leader, a name typically reserved for the country’s dictator Kim Jong Un, or Kim’s father and grandfather before him. All of these North Korean “Supreme Leaders” have a personality cult surrounding them. And now it appears Trump’s overtures to North Korea and willingness to treat Kim like a statesman has earned the U.S. President a similar amount of deference....

A labor shortage issue is increasingly weighing on small businesses around the country. This comes despite record-high confidence on Main Street. In May, one-third of small-business owners reported job openings they could not fill, and 12 percent reported using temporary workers. Mike Fredrich shows off unmanned presses in his Manitowoc, Wisconsin, company. They're ready to start production at MCM Composites, a 55-person enterprise that makes custom thermoset molding. The only problem? Fredrich has no one to operate them. "These tools are heated to 300 degrees," he said. "But we're not running them. Had we had the people for the first...
  • Justice Department watchdog to release report on FBI decisions on Clinton probe

The U.S. Justice Department’s internal watchdog will release a long-awaited report on Thursday on the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email probe that she said contributed to her 2016 presidential election loss to Republican Donald Trump. The report by Inspector General Michael Horowitz, which will be released at 2 p.m. (1800 GMT), arose from a review he launched about a week before Trump took office in January 2017. The inquiry has focused on whether former FBI Director James Comey’s public statements about the bureau’s probe of Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of state were based...

The Federal Reserve hikes its benchmark short-term interest rate a quarter percentage point. The Fed says in a statement that economic growth has been "rising at a solid rate," an upgrade from "moderate" in May. The central bank points to two more hikes, which would bring the 2018 total to four increases. The Federal Reserve hiked its benchmark short-term interest rate a quarter percentage point Wednesday and indicated that two more increases are likely this year. The move pushes the funds rate target to 1.75 percent to 2 percent. The rate is closely tied to consumer debt, particularly credit cards,...

A long-awaited report by the Justice Department inspector general on the handling of the Hillary Clinton email investigation by the FBI and Justice Department is expected to focus on former FBI chief James Comey and the decisions he made during the course of the Clinton investigation, CBS News' Paula Reid reports. The findings, which are slated to be released Thursday afternoon, describe Comey as "insubordinate" while also criticizing then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch for weak leadership, Reid also reports.

Hillary Clinton’s handling of classified information is getting another look with the release Thursday of a Justice Department inspector general report scrutinizing the FBI's investigation into whether she committed crimes using a private email server as secretary of state. Although it would be controversial, the Justice Department is able to reopen the Clinton email case, and experts say President Trump's 2016 adversary arguably could be charged until March 2025 — after Trump would leave office even if he wins a second term. Sloppy workers, leakers, whistleblowers, and spies face a variety of criminal charges for mishandling classified records. But there...

New applications for U.S. unemployment benefits unexpectedly fell last week and the number of Americans on jobless rolls declined to a near 44-1/2-year low, pointing to a rapidly tightening labor market. Initial claims for state unemployment benefits dropped 4,000 to a seasonally adjusted 218,000 for the week ended June 9, the Labor Department said on Thursday. Claims data for the prior week was unrevised. Economists polled by Reuters had forecast claims rising to 224,000 in the latest week. The Labor Department said claims for Maine and Hawaii were estimated last week. The four-week moving average of initial claims, viewed as...

However bad you thought it was, it really is so much worse. However rotten and ungovernable you thought the federal swamp was, it really is so much worse. Indeed, it will take a hundred Donald Trumps to carve out all the cancer riddling this federal government. Behold, Rod Rosenstein, the very face of the swamp Leviathan. Geeky and bespectacled, he is the cancer that even America’s Founders could not imagine when they crafted a set of checks and balances designed to temper even the most monstrous of human nature.

Donald Trump Jr. went on FOX and Friends on Thursday to discuss his father’s very successful meeting with Kim Jong Un in Singapore and the continued Mueller witch hunt against the president. During the conversation Don Jr. was asked if he thinks his father should sit down with Dirty Cop Mueller. Donald Trump Jr.: Look, I don’t trust these people as far as I could throw them. I wouldn’t sit down with them because you could sit there and ask questions for 50 hours or 100 hours and ask the same thing 1000 times and they would be, “Oh, the...
