CNN primetime host Don Lemon was accused of a bizarre, sexually charged assault of a bartender in New York's tony Hamptons last year in a civil suit filed earlier this week. Dustin Hice, of Florida, stated in the lawsuit that he was living in the Hamptons and working at The Old Stove Pub in Sagaponack during the summer of 2018. On July 15, after closing, Hice claimed he left with the owner and co-workers to party at another bar, Murf's Backstreet Tavern, in Sag Harbor, where they saw Lemon. Recognizing the newsman, Hice offered to buy him a vodka drink...

In exclusive footage captured by Breitbart News, protesters with Never Again Action, Miramar Circle of Protection Friends of Miami-Dade Detainees, Food Not Bombs Fort Lauderdale, Students Working for Equal Rights, and the Black Lives Matter Alliance of Broward County shouted threats at workers and former employees of the GEO Group, a private contractor used by ICE...

It was an opportunity the Trump reelection campaign couldn’t refuse. President Trump’s 2020 campaign wasted no time Tuesday in selling “Fredo Unhinged” T-shirts to piggyback on the controversy over CNN anchor Chris Cuomo’s unhinged viral video rant. For $34, Trump supporters can get a T-shirt with unflattering screen grabs of the host from the video where he rages against a man who called the anchor “Fredo.” “CNN’s Chris Cuomo is Fredo!” the Trump campaign shop says of the “limited edition” T-shirt that went live at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday. “The truth hurts. He totally lost it. Help us annoy Chris Cuomo...

..... “My brother, he was the hero. He got a grip of him, along with another guy we don’t know, and put a crate on his head. He was just mumbling religious things,” he said. ..... NSW Police Commissioner Mick Fuller said the men were heroes “of the highest order”. “Three members of the public, who can only be described as heroes of the highest order, have engaged this 21-year-old man and have placed him essentially under arrest even though he was brandishing a large butchers knife and was clearly dangerous,” he told reporters on Tuesday night. Superintendent Gavin Wood...

  • Waning of American Power? Trump Struggles With an Asia in Crisis

the New York Times ^ | August 13th, 2019 | By Edward Wong
WASHINGTON — For two and a half years, President Trump has said he is finally doing in Asia what he asserts his predecessor, Barack Obama, failed to achieve with a strategic pivot: strengthen American influence and rally partners to push back against China. But as violence escalates and old animosities are rekindled across Asia, Washington has chosen inaction, and governments are ignoring the Trump administration’s mild admonitions and calls for calm. Whether it is the internal battles in India and Hong Kong or the rivalry between two American allies, Japan and South Korea, Mr. Trump and his advisers are staying...

CORRECTION (Aug. 13, 2019, 4:14 p.m. ET) An earlier version of this article misidentified the warden of the Metropolitan Correctional Center. It is Lamine N’Diaye, not Shirley Skipper-Scott. Pete Williams is an NBC News correspondent who covers the Justice Department and the Supreme Court, based in Washington. Now we know. NBC screwed up. And it was Pete Williams at NBC who did it. I recall Pete Williams was once the Bush spokesman in the State Dept.

In case you haven’t fully gotten the message, African-American Democrats are really angry with any African-American Republican that embraces President Trump. Then, if an African-American Republican runs for an elected office, well, the racial slurs fly… from the Democrats. The race for Kentucky’s Attorney General is no different – just ask Daniel Cameron. Daniel Cameron is an African-American Republican candidate for attorney general in Kentucky. He came under attack by Dawn Elliott, a liberal female African-American lawyer and co-host of a political talk radio show, this week. Cameron is running against Democrat Greg Stumbo, a 67-year-old white Democrat who is...

SANTA FE — Ryan Stewart says he knows what it’s like to begin the school year in front of 30 students who want to know how much homework you’re going to assign. Now he begins the school year with a new challenge — as Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham’s pick to lead the state Public Education Department. She dismissed his predecessor, Karen Trujillo, just three weeks ago for failing to meet her expectations. Stewart wasn’t a candidate the first time Lujan Grisham hired a public education secretary. But the governor said Monday that she’s confident his skills will be an asset...
  • SCOTUS Is Considering Hearing This 2A Case...And Dem Senators Aren't Happy

A handful of Democratic Senators signed onto an amicus curiae brief in New York State Rifle and Pistol Association v. City of New York, defending New York City's blatant attack on the Second Amendment. For years, those who live in NYC could transport handguns, as long as it was to a few select gun ranges in the area. If you were a gun owner in NYC and wanted to take your firearm outside of city limits to a different gun range, that wasn't allowed. The Senators who signed alongside New York City include Sheldon Whitehouse (RI), Mazi Hirono (HI), Richard Blumenthal (CT),...

Jerrod Holguin, 22, was booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center Tuesday morning on outstanding warrants. An arrest warrant has been filed charging him with murder. The top investigators who worked alongside former Special Counsel Robert Mueller have certainly landed on their feet since the shuttering of the two-year Russia probe, securing big jobs at prominent law firms and universities -- and even a book deal. The latest hire was revealed this week by Georgetown Law School, which welcomed Michael Dreeben -- a former deputy solicitor general and member of the special counsel’s office -- as a “Distinguished Lecturer from Government” for the 2019-2020 academic year. “I am excited to join Georgetown’s thriving legal community this fall,” Dreeben said in a statement. “The energy of the...

The iconic A-10 Thunderbolt II will be flying into the late 2030s thanks to a re-winging project completed by the U.S. Air Force. Air Force Materiel Command said in a press release on Monday that 162 A-10s received new wings thanks to a $1.1 billion project that began in 2011. The contract, awarded to Boeing in 2007, required the creation of new parts for the plane’s fuselage. “At the end of the program, making sure we had all the pieces and parts that we needed to make that happen required a really significant team effort,” said Stephen Zaiser, director of...

CLEAR LAKE, Iowa — Former Gov. John Hickenlooper of Colorado is in discussions about ending his presidential bid and entering the race for his state’s Republican-held Senate seat, potentially giving Democrats a strong candidate in a race they must win to have hopes of retaking the chamber in 2021, according to four Democrats familiar with his thinking.
  • Maxwell told friend that Epstein’s entire island was wired for video, presumably for blackmail

I keep hearing Tommy Lee Jones’s voice: “Your fugitive’s name is Ghislaine Maxwell.” We must find this degenerate, wherever she may be hiding globally, and bring her to justice. In the meantime, after reading this Vanity Fair piece I’m revising my theory about that mysterious temple on Epstein’s Pedophile Island. Old theory: The temple is a satanic playground where Epstein and his jetset cohorts would do unspeakable things to children as part of some ritual sacrifice to Zozo or whoever. New theory: The temple is actually a massive surveillance hub where Epstein would review and store all of the blackmail...

Demonstrating that he had no problem with picking on children, CNN’s raging Chris Cuomo ended Tuesday’s Prime Time by taking shots at the Covington Kids by suggesting they were “victims of their own choices.” While chiding the students for wearing MAGA hats, Cuomo also proved his willingness to disregard the truth and peddled the lies of agitator Nathan Phillips. Cuomo aided in pushing provably false claims Phillips was trying to defuse the situation. Despite claiming he wanted to give the Covington Kids “a little leeway” because they were young, Cuomo claimed Covington Catholic student Nick Sandmann escalated the confrontation “into...
