Just like ObamaCare, Obama wants Americans to know that if there was ever a nuclear attack, you will have to wait 24 to 72 hours for a federal response. We have seen the federal response to such things as the H1N1 flu virus and recall that the federal government couldn’t produce or distribute the needed vaccines.
