A Florida vegan mother has been found guilty of murdering her 18-month-old son after only feeding him raw fruits and vegetables. Sheila O’Leary, 39, is facing life in prison after a jury convicted her Wednesday of murder and a string of child abuse charges over the 2019 death of her toddler, Ezra O’Leary, the News Press reported. Her little boy weighed just 17 pounds — seven pounds below average — when his parents noticed he had stopped breathing. O’Leary and her husband, Ryan O’Leary, told police that Ezra followed a strict vegan diet — but that he was also breast...

Former Minnesota Gov. Jesse Ventura hinted at a possible White House bid as an independent during an interview over the weekend, while harshly criticizing President Trump. Speaking on Fox Los Angeles "The Issue Is," the onetime wrestling star and outspoken Minnesota pol said he would wait until the pool of presidential candidates dwindles further before possibly enterting the race. “I may be doing things behind the scenes right now,” Ventura said, winking to host Elex Michaelson. “You gotta wait for it to get down to two, then you come in if you’re going to come in.” “I have that voice...

2020 presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke ate dirt after losing his Senate race against incumbent Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, last year. The revelation comes in a lengthy Washington Post report which divulged new details on the road trip the former congressman took after his defeat in the midterm elections and the ensuing "funk." During a January stop in New Mexico which did not make it into his blog, O'Rourke, 46, ate the local dirt, which the report said is believed to have "regenerative powers." He also brought some of this New Mexican dirt home to his family to eat.

Good evening, I’m still reporting on an ongoing counter-coup being run by patriotic members of 17 U.S. intelligence agencies to stop the Clinton Crime syndicate from proceeding with the rigging of the coming election. According to a 4 minute video, done by Dr. Steve Pieczenik, a Harvard and MIT-educated psychiatrist who has written 26 New York Times Best Sellers, the Clinton coup has been put down by an intelligence community counter-coup, effective at noon today. Dr. Pieczenik has great contacts in the American intelligence community. He put the following video up on his YouTube channel at noon today and says...

Fields insisted that, contrary to claims by Trump and Aronberg’s office, she never touched the candidate, who moved his right arm away from her in order to retrieve a pen from his jacket pocket in order to sign autographs as he made his way out of the golf club ballroom. She also pointed out that Aronberg’s office, far from conducting the thorough investigation that was promised, didn’t even interview the main witness to the grabbing incident, Washington Post reporter Ben Terris. “I think the prosecutor’s decision…the way they handled this entire situation…was very unprofessional,” Fields said. Fields insisted that, contrary...

Even as he faces his most competitive Congressional challenge in decades, 19-term East Bay Democratic Rep. Pete Stark, 80, has cut back on local campaign appearances –and turned down two upcoming debates sponsored by five area Chambers of Commerce and an Asian Pacific Islander group in his district. Stark’s retreat from public and campaign appearances in the East Bay in the midst of a heated campaign has been noticeable since he made headlines recently with some eyebrow-raising campaign gaffes at a Chronicle editorial board and at a public debate in Hayward. The California Congressional delegation’s longest serving member, who has...

I apologize in advance, but I have to get this out of my system. I LOVE MY STATE. I love everything about it, like the unique culture. The wonderful Georgia landscape. The agrarian Southern values and tradition. The absolute refusal to go along just because a bully has a gun to our heads. It’s been said that history is replete with turning points. While true, the one staring us as a state in the eye is a crucial one - whether or not to enforce the law of the land. Our federal overseers have consistently failed, time and again, to...
  • Obama Plans To Downgrade Medicare

This is Halloween and Obama is trying to scare and fool us Senior Citizens. He is planning to kill Medicare, as we know it, and give us a SEVERELY MODIFIED old age health insurance plan. Obama would, for example, eliminate a certain number of surgical procedures costing ten of thousands of dollars each. The Democrats' idea is to reign in Medicare's costs at the expense of the Senior Citizens. First, Obama wants to take away our retirement plans like in Argentina. Now, he wants to compromise our health insurance coverage. This is a helluva way to treat people! My Fellow...

Flawed 9/11 report‘s conclusions are false – US author Shaanaaz de Jager HERALD REPORTER AN American engineer and author recently toured South Africa to dispel alleged myths about the September 11, 2001, attacks. Enver Masud, 68, presented Fatally Flawed: The 9/11 Commission Report to thousands of South Africans on his tour of the country. Port Elizabeth-based group Al-Ansar (The Helpers), brought Masud to Port Elizabeth last week because, they said, “the war on terror is based on the premise of the World Trade Centre attacks. If there‘s any doubt about the facts . . . then the whole war on...

A NASA astronaut is charged with attacking her rival for another astronaut's attention early Monday at Orlando International Airport, the Orlando Sentinel has learned. Lisa Marie Nowak drove from Texas to meet the 1 a.m. flight of a younger woman who had also been seeing the male astronaut Nowak pined for, according to Orlando police. Nowak -- who was a mission specialist on a Discovery launch last summer -- was wearing a trench coat and wig and had a knife, BB pistol, rubber tubing and plastic bags, reports show. Once U.S. Air Force Capt. Colleen Shipman arrived, Nowak followed her...

Panelist Webster Tarpley makes the claim in his book, 9/11 Synthetic Terror, that 9/11 was a coup d'etat by a financier elite to force George W. Bush into a "war of civilizations." The panel agreed that this invisible government war party goes back perhaps to the 1846 Mexican war, certainly to the USS Maine and the Spanish American War of 1898, and has arranged more and more frequent "false-flag" provocations since the Gulf of Tonkin and the Israel/Palestine crisis. They also accused this "string-pulling elite" of using terror to restrict traditional constitutional freedoms. A magnificent Christian secret is about to be revived. It is also found in the paintings of Poussin, Salimbeni and Tenier, and at the Rosslyn Chapel. It ties in with the Judas Gospel (see news page) and the secret behind ALL the pyramids and Stonehenge... The key to decoding the star maps: A forgotten 4,000 year old coffin lid from a priestess of Hathor depicts the precise stars of the Pleiades in Taurus. Scholars have missed this 'hidden' evidence and presume the 'Bull's thigh constellation' to be the Big Dipper.

We should not be fighting the Islamicists but joining forces with them. As a conservative who does not drink or smoke, believes the body is the Lord's temple, and that women should be submissive to their husbands, I find the Islamic message to be a breath of fresh air. We need to welcome the Islamicist lifestyle to turn America away from the debauchery of today and return us to the puritanical society we are meant to have.

Pasadena Star-News - News First the good doctor Hunter S. Thompson and now the crazed out whacked in the head enigmatic mega broadcaster doctor Gene Scott is gone. For those of you who were never bored enough to actually sit through any of Dr. Scott's television, and that is probably most of you, he was a sight to see. Dr. Scott was a megalomaniac who would smoke cigars, talk about UFOs and the Lost Tribe, berate his audience for not sending enough money in, and come up with complex graphical biblical teaching on a big white dry erase board....

Well, that's it. The great American electoral agon is over at last. Now George W. Bush -- the duly elected, finally legitimate president of the United States -- can get back to doing what he does best: killing people for corporate profit and personal aggrandizement. Yes, it's a hard blow for the world. Yes, it's a deep shame for American democracy, poisoned by lies, fear, greed and hysteria. Yes, it means that tens of thousands of innocent people will now be killed -- by more war, more neglect, more ignorance, more repression, more brutality, more hatred, more fanaticism. Yes, it...

Eliminate Primary Elections The best way to greatly reduce the influence of big money in American politics is to eliminate the primary elections. Choosing nominees in primary elections was invented as a reform to get away from those famous "smoke-filled backrooms." That was a reference to the old political machines, which were active in most large American cities. They often played a major role in choosing nominees. As often happens with reforms, the reform has produced a greater problem than the one it was intended to solve. It's true that money is the mother's milk of politics, but it is...

Columbia attorney Tom Turnipseed has postponed a trip to Iraq with a national peace group after his wife was hospitalized over the weekend. Turnipseed had planned to leave for Baghdad this week with a delegation of eight other Americans with Voices in the Wilderness. But Turnipseed's wife, Judy, was hospitalized Sunday because of exhaustion. She is the office manager of his law firm and had headed the support team for his Iraq trip. "I can't leave my wife right now," he said Monday. Turnipseed said he still hopes to travel to Iraq. Voices for Wilderness, which has sent about 50...
