The Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence awarded Idaho an “F-plus” for the third straight year, after three years of a “D” ranking. The organization is named after James Brady, the former press secretary severely wounded in the attempted assassination of President Reagan by John Hinckley Jr. in 1981.</p>
