Four of the top ten organizations whose staff donated to President Obama’s reelection campaign were universities, data released by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) reveals. The University of California (UC) represented the single largest employee group to donate to President Obama’s campaign in 2012, funneling $1,092,906 to assist the President in his bid to gain reelection. That number includes the university’s PACs, individual members or employees, and employee’s immediate families.

Russian president Vladimir Putin claims President Barack Obama is planning to visit Russia, the outlet RIA Novosti reports. "US President Barack Obama has confirmed plans to visit Russia at the invitation of his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, the Russian president’s spokesman said on Tuesday," the Russian outlet reports. "Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Obama made the statement when Putin called a second time to congratulate the US president on his reelection." RIA Novosti quotes Putin's spokesman as saying, "Obama thanked [Putin] for the congratulations and the invitation and confirmed his readiness to come to Russia at a date to be agreed...

Via Greg Hengler, I don't know where to begin here. At 2:05, he says he agrees that it's important to find out what happened in Benghazi and that the administration's provided every bit of information it has. Not true. He still hasn't told us precisely what he instructed the military to do, or not do, after the attack was underway. All he's said is that he issued some sort of directive to "make sure we are securing our personnel." What did the directive say, explicitly? At what point during the attack did he issue it? Did securing our personnel include...

On the Jodanian border and Gaza Strip I heard that rebels from Syria took a couple villiges and there is IDF trying to secure them..... Its on their borders.... Where is the news? "As I said before, she made an appearance at the request of the White House in which she gave her best understanding of the intelligence that had been provided to her. If Senator McCain and Senator Graham and others want to go after somebody, they should go after me. And I'm happy to have that discussion with them. But for them to go after the U.N. ambassador who had nothing to do with Benghazi, and was simply making a presentation based on intelligence that she had received, and besmirch her reputation is outrageous," President Obama said at a press conference...

President Obama, irritated by Republican pledges to prevent Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice from receiving a promotion, said that Rice’s critics “have a problem with me.” “When they go after the UN ambassador apparently because they think she’s an easy target, then they’ve got a problem with me,” Obama told reporters today. “And should I choose — if I think that she would be the best person to serve America in the capacity of the State Department [head] then I will nominate her, but that’s not a determination I’ve made yet.” Obama was responding to a press conference...

"It's been aggressive and strong and fast and robust and a lot of people have been helped because of it," Obama added. "That's a pretty good metaphor for how I want federal government to operate generally, and I'm going to do everything I can to make sure it does."
  • Vanity: Terrorist Attack Coming?

How far do you think we are from another terrorist attack? Unfortunately it's not a question of if but when. The Obama Administration is clearly capable of bungling the response to a terrorist attack overseas. There were MANY MANY warnings that the Consulate in Libya was vulnerable but Obama ignored them. Are there current warnings going out to intelligence officials now being ignored? Only this time IN the United States. I think the answer is probably yes. And if terrorists attacked a city in the US.. how would Obama respond? Would he let said Americans die just as he did...

Syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer on Tuesday said the White House used David Petraeus’s affair to get the CIA director to give testimony about the attacks on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya, that was in line with the administration’s position on the matter.... KRAUTHAMMER: I think the really shocking news today was that General Petraeus thought and hoped he could keep his job. He thought that it might and it would be kept secret, and that he could stay in his position. I think what that tells us is really important. It meant that he understood that the FBI obviously...

"They fear that the development and building of People's (community) Organizations is the building of a vast power group which may fall prey to a fascistic demagogue who will seize leadership and control and turn an organization into a Frankenstein's monster against democracy." - Saul Alinsky responding to his critics, Reveille for Radicals; p. 199 When Saul Alinsky began building his community-organization movement in 1930s Chicago, observers were watching Alinsky with one eye, while with the other eye observing the building of communist and fascist movements in Europe. It wasn't hard then to see in Alinsky's programs at home, elements...

KEY WEST, Fla. (AP) — A Key West resident who police say was distraught over the presidential election results and worried about his business has apparently killed himself. Police say they found Henry Hamilton’s body in his bedroom Nov. 8, along with a living will with handwritten words “Do not revive! (expletive) Obama!” Two empty prescription empty pill bottles were in the dining room. Hamilton’s partner Michael Cossey told Key West police he last saw Hamilton when they watched the election results together. According to the police report, Hamilton was upset and said, “If Barack gets re-elected, I’m not going...

“There are many purposes behind the feminists’ [left’s] efforts to restructure the military, but you can be sure that greater national security is not one of them.” ~ David Horowitz, National Review, October 5, 1992 Here we go again, the left has their man in the white house and they don’t have to worry about re-election for four more years, therefore, unfettered by public opinion or sane rational thought, the war on the military will begin in earnest immediately. Look for the left to appoint a 21st Century version of Congresswoman (Democrat) Pat Schroeder to bring the DoD to its...

This will boggle your mind. Barack Obama lost independent voters to Mitt Romney in every swing state except North Carolina and still won reelection. President Barack Obama won a second term by taking the majority of swing states. But a closer look at exit polling data shows Obama lost the independent vote in most of those states over the last four years. Independents, who do not align with one political party or another, make up a fast-growing and coveted voting bloc.

Because of embarrassments to the Obama Administration caused by the unseemly conduct of General Petraeus and possibly other officers of flag rank, new requirements have been imposed. ZipperGate II The scandal involving General Petraeus' resignation due to marital infidelity, now referred to as "ZipperGate II" because President Clinton's involvement with Monica Lewinsky was ZipperGate I, has shocked the nation and caused potentially grave harm to the Obama Administration. Far worse, it could still endanger President Obama's personal standing with the public as well as his historically unique legacy. Indeed, it may even prove to be an unwelcome distraction from the...

We, the people of the US, are heading for a disaster of epic proportions. And when it hits, due to the US influence abroad, the world will feel the hurt at the same magnitude. Why? Fiat currency, that’s why. Combined with rapidly increasing national debt, and interest rates kept artificially low, with massive infusions of "cash" into the market place, the foundation holding up the confidence in the US dollar is starting to crumble. Given more credit ratings downgrades by the various international credit foundations and agencies, the point of irreversible damage is quickly approaching. When that happens, hyper-inflation will...

Obama administration’s dirty handsThe evidence that Gen. David H. Petraeus, formerly the commander of U.S. troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, the author of the current Army field manual, Princeton Ph.D. and, until last week, the director of the Central Intelligence Agency, was forced to resign from the CIA to silence him is far stronger than is the version of events that the Obama administration has given us. The government would have us believe that because the FBI confronted Gen. Petraeus with his emails showing a pattern of inappropriate personal private behavior, he voluntarily departed his job as the country’s chief...

It has been one week since the reelection of Barack Obama and the reality of Obamacare’s permanence in the American landscape is beginning to set in for many business owners. Papa John’s founder and CEO, John Schnatter made headlines last week along with a slew of other companies when he announced some changes that would likely occur as Obamacare continues to be implemented. Schnatter commented that many of his company’s franchise owners will have to cut employees’ hours in order to avoid falling under Obamacare’s coverage requirements, and stay fiscally sound. “That’s probably what’s going to happen,” he said according...
