BELLEVUE, Neb. —KETV News received an exclusive tour of the U.S. Strategic Command building at Offutt Air Force Base Stratcom hasn’t given many tours since 9/11. While officials invited KETV to take the tour, cameras were not allowed for most of it. While visiting the Global Operations Center, KETV crew members were the first people outside the Department of Defense to see its War Gaming Center.
