I'm beginning to smell a rat named Keith Olbermann. I think he might be the source from whence comes all the lies about Rush. Did anyone pick up on what Rush said yesterday about the source of all the smears came from someone named Hoverman or Hobermann (Rush never gives Olbermann a plug...that's why he didn't pronounce his name). The he said this Hoverman wrote a book titled the 100 Worst Persons in the World. Well, Keith Olbermann did "put together" a book called The Worst Persons in the World based on his lame schtick on Countdown. The plot thickens...

Remember "Baghdad Bob," the Iraqi Information Minister Muhammad Saeed al-Sahhaf? Even with Iraqi forces in a full rout and American Marines just blocks away Baghdad Bob would completely deny the presence of U.S. troops in the Iraqi capitol. Watching MSNBC's "Countdown with Keith Olbermann," on September 24 was reminiscent of Baghdad's Bob's press conferences. Olbermann asked Newsweek's Jonathan Alter, also an MSNBC political analyst, how "the GOP" would convince the public that the health care system "is not really in crisis" and that it does not need to be a priority compared to Afghanistan. Turning right to page three of...

MSNBC commentator Keith Olbermann is looking for dirt on Fox News' Glenn Beck. "Find everything you can about Glenn Beck, Stu Burguiere, and Roger Ailes," Olbermann posted on The Daily Kos. (Burguiere produces Beck's radio show; Ailes is the head of Fox News.) Read about the top 5 talk-show controversies of 2009 Olbermann's request for fact-finding was a somewhat cheeky reply to Beck's own similarly phrased, ALL-IN-CAPS request, on his Twitter feed, for his followers to dig up some dirt on Cass Sunstein, Mark Lloyd and Carol Browner, President Barack Obama's nominees to fill the positions of the head of...

Finally tonight, as promised, a Special Comment about Mr. Cheney's speech. Neurotic. Paranoid. False to fact and false to reason. Forever self-rationalizing. His inner rage at his own impotence and failure dripping from every word and as irrational, as separated from the real world, as dishonest, as insane, as any terrorist.

MSNBC's Olbermann Receives Coveted "Order of Obama" from Gunny Bob Gunny Bob, who has once been named the third worst person in the world, and once named the very worst person in the world by Olbermeinkampf, has received a beautiful and prestigious medal: The "Order of Obama" is the highest award available from the Gunny, or the lowest, depending on your point of view. www.850koa.com/pages/gunnybob.html

On Monday’s Countdown show, MSNBC host Keith Olbermann delivered his latest "Special Comment," in which he called on President-elect Barack Obama to prosecute President Bush and administration members on a charge of torturing prisoners, and invoked extreme examples such as slavery leading to the Civil War, and the handling of Germany after World War I leading to the rise of Nazism and World War II, to illustrate that "this country has never succeeded in moving forward without first cleansing itself of its mistaken past," and that Obama must try to prosecute Bush for the sake of the country’s future. After...

Keith Olbermann is threatening to quit unless his bosses beef up his security, sources say. Olbermann - upset to be anchoring at the Democratic National Convention from an outdoor set near Denver's train station - "announced that his bosses [had] better find a more secure location for him to broadcast from at the Republican National Convention [in St. Paul, Minn.] or he's not going," one insider said. "He thinks someone will assassinate him." MSNBC had no comment. Even before he left New York, the biggest mouth at MSNBC was worried about his safety. When a car was late to take...

In a "Worst person in the world" segment Keith Obermann called Veternan Bud Day a CLOWN because Mr. Day said "he was not prepared to bow the knee to the "Muslims," referring to Muslim terrorists who seek to destroy America.

It appears the New York Post's assessment that MSNBC's Keith Olbermann is on the verge of another professional meltdown was quite prescient. On Monday's "Countdown," answering to criticism that his Special Comment last Wednesday about President Bush's "panoramic and murderous deceit" was so over the top that he should be suspended, Olbermann had the unmitigated audacity to claim those offended were showing "their instinctive hatred for, and contempt for" America's troops. His targets: conservative commentators and stalwart supporters of the United States military including radio hosts Laura Ingraham and Mark Levin.

Conservative radio talk show host and Constitutional lawyer Mark Levin on Friday called for MSNBC to suspend Keith Olbermann as a result of his deplorable remarks concerning American soldiers and President Bush. As my colleague Brad Wilmouth reported [0], Olbermann on Wednesday's "Countdown" "accused the President of 'panoramic and murderous deceit,' and of 'creating' an America that 'includes cold-blooded killers who will kill people to achieve their political objectives.'" This didn't sit well with Levin who on Friday gave Olbermann the tongue-lashing his employers at MSNBC would give him if they possessed any shred of decency or common sense (audio...

President Bush has resorted anew to the sleaziest fear-mongering and mass manipulation of an administration and public life dedicated to realizing the lowest of our expectations. And he has now applied these poisons to the 2008 presidential election, on behalf of the party at whose center he and John McCain lurk. Mr. Bush has predicted that the election of a Democratic president could "eventually lead to another attack on the United States." This ludicrous, infuriating, holier-than-thou and most importantly bone-headedly wrong statement came during a May 13 interview with Politico.com and online users of Yahoo.

The left has been pummeling the Bush Administration and the Central Intelligence Agency about what they call the abuse of those under our War on Terror detention. It’s bad enough I have to skim through the selective reflections of the liberal intelligentsia, but it really pisses me off that I can’t even watch Sunday night football without seeing and hearing Keith Olbermann’s smug remarks about conspiracies about the Patriots. Olbermann’s glass house is getting bigger, to match is inflated sense of ego and worth. The day something embarrassing or improper is revealed about him, the fall from grace will be...

Keith Olbermann: new Puritan? Perhaps. Unless memory fails it's hard to recall Keith condemning Bill Clinton for his flings on grounds of morality. But when it comes to a Republican presidential candidate, has Keith suddenly gone Cotton Mather on us? Newsweek's Jonathan Alter was Olbermann's guest on this evening's Countdown to discuss the issue of Giuliani's accounting for the expenses of his security detail accompanying him on trips to Long Island, assertedly for purposes of visiting his then girlfriend and wife-to-be Judith Nathan. View video here.

It has to be embaressing for Keith that Oreilly's repeat hours later in the evening beats him also! How long will the 1 percenters in America keep listening to nothing but Bush Derangement Syndrome blather?

Yes Freepers, I just got in this evening, switched on the TV and there is Countdown(to no ratings)with Keith Olbermann. Seems the one who combs his hair with butter toast was railing against British Airways flying empty 747 back to the United States with crew and cargo. Seems Overbite was outraged at the fact that this was taking place and his segment was complete with some Greenpeace nut scream her head off about the tons of CO2 gasses that these planes are suppose to be producing. British Airways admitted that sometimes it does send planes stateside with a simply aircrew...

While announcing his Worst Person in the World awards for today, Olbermann named Limbaugh because he cited "the lunatic, fringe website FRee Republic.com" as confirming that Graham Frost, saved by S chip public health care was a recipient of public aid because he and his sister go to private school, when, according to Olbermann, they are there on scholarship.KO then said that the "group of sociopaths" at FRee Republic posted the home address of the Frost family , in what Olbermann presumed to be "in hopes that some psychotic will go there and attack them".

While right-thinking people across the fruited plain cast their anger at MoveOn for its disgraceful ad placed in Monday's New York Times, "Countdown" host Keith Olbermann should be sharing the dishonor. As adroitly identified at Olbermann Watch Wednesday: "Long before the moveon [sic] ‘Betray Us' advertisement, back on August 16th, the infamous, deplorable Keith Olbermann began his ‘newscast' in the usual fashion, bellowing the opening spiel." Taken directly from MSNBC.com's transcript that evening (emphasis added): Which of these stories will you be talking about tomorrow? The Petraeus report, less Petraeus, more betrayaeus (ph). The definitive assessment of the surge will...

GUNNY BOB SELECTED AS "WORST PERSON IN THE WORLD" MSNBC's Olbermann Declares; Too Bad Almost No One Saw It Ratings disaster host Keith Olbermann of MSNBC, whose program is thrashed by FOX News Channel and even CNN programs, declared Gunny Bob the "Worst Person in the World" on 3 August, beating out Olbermann's arch-nemesis, Bill O'Reilly. Olbermann, after hearing his colleague Chris Matthews be destroyed and humiliated by the Gunny, refused to have the Gunny on his low-ratings train wreck. Olbermann refuses to appear on the Gunny Bob Show, of course. Gunny noted that Olbermann selected the Gunny for this...

Keith Olberman had O'Rielly as the first person on his "worst person in the world" segment he does. He actually mentioned that in order to dig himself out of the hole he dug with the dailykos thing, he attacked FreeRepublic for things like one poster saying that Hillary should be assassinated, and the fact that FreeRepublic does't have paid moderators. Olberman mentioned at the end that Threats against Hillarys life have been made on O'Riellys site and that O'Rielly doesn't have paid moderators either. At the end of the segment Olberman said "see, he'll throw you under the buss too,"...

MSNBC’s Olbermann thinks Iraq is the “most disastrous geopolitical tactic since Austro-Hungary attacked Serbia in 1914 and destroyed itself in the process.” With a good Kraut name like Olbermann, you’d think he’d know better. Somebody needs to tell Olbermann about World War II, European and Asian-Pacific theaters. Hard to know where to start with that one. Germany’s bloody and tragic overreach starting in 1939, or Japan’s going back to 1931? Germany’s 1941 invasion of Russia has to be near the top of anyone’s list, if you want to narrow it down to a single campaign. How about the pair of...

The entire left wing neo-communist media has gone mad with anger at the Scooter Libby commutation. Anderson Cooper promises "it will get lots of coverage here". David Shuster fills in for Chris Matthews, and his one-sided coverage has been well documented on FR. But even CNN's coverage, complete with Clinton apologist Jeffrey Toobin ("astonishing" "I was shocked" "Pardons are poison for Presidents"), doesn't come close to the over the top ranting of Keith Olbermann. Olberman's 'fair and balanced' coverage featured Joe Wilson IV (liar, liberal, Kerry campaign operative), John Dean (weasel), and the statement of Patrick Fitzgerald. But he didn't...

Olbermann: For Commutation in 'Greatest Crime of Century' Bush and Cheney Must Resign Posted by Brad Wilmouth on July 2, 2007 - 21:48. On Monday's Countdown, MSNBC host Keith Olbermann opened his show railing against President Bush, contending that the President "lied us into a war" and "needlessly killed 3,584 of our family and friends and neighbors" as the Countdown host attacked the President for commuting the sentence of Lewis "Scooter" Libby, referring to Libby's involvement in the "greatest crime of this young century." Olbermann later tagged Bush as "Worst Person of the World," and announced that he will call...
