MEP Dan Hannan is rightly angry over this atrocity at his blog: For three generations, the badge of the Soviet revolution meant poverty, slavery, torture and death. Federal prosecutors have successfully convicted one Shepard Fairey, creator of, "the iconic red, white and blue Obama 'Hope' posters in the lead-up to the 2008 presidential election," for, "criminal contempt of court for falsifying and destroying documents and coaching a witness while embroiled in a copyright infringement battle."
