VIDEO Watch what happens when a Giant Trevally versus an Tern in this amazing fish eats bird clip from Blue Planet II. Usually Giant trevally are solitary hunters but they have come in numbers to try their luck at catching potential prey. Fledgling Tern are wary to spend too much time on the water but even flying close to the surface puts them in grave danger.
  • Why no women predators?

The recent spate of sexual abuse claims has all been against men, usually men in authority. My experiences in the work force is that there is a fair share of women who are aggressively on the move sexually. This includes ladder climbers looking for better job positions and supervisors attempting to intimidate subordinates of both genders. I would expect to see at least a few cases where a woman is the culprit if the allegations we hear represent reality.

The behavior attributed to Mr. Davis does not align with the standards and values of CNN," the network said in a statement. CNN has fired senior producer Teddy Davis over claims of inappropriate behavior. "A comprehensive investigation was conducted as soon as this matter was brought to our attention. The behavior attributed to Mr. Davis does not align with the standards and values of CNN and Mr. Davis is no longer with the company," a CNN spokesperson said in a statement Wednesday. Davis served as producer on the network's State of the Union, hosted by Jake Tapper, prior to his...

Seems like a day doesn't go by without another woman accusing some guy of sexually harassing her. Most of the accusations are from incidents that took place so long ago that there is no way to prove or disprove the accusation. The stories are about men from all walks of life, and both sides of the political spectrum. From Hollywood to Congress, women are telling stories about how men they worked for, or with, treating them like sex toys. Older men being accused of forcing themselves upon young women and teen girls some ten, fifteen and even as long...

While not on a par with what is happening in Hollywood, the SEIU has its own sexual harassment scandal going on. Buzzfeed reports that one union leader has been fired and another resigned after complaints about their interactions with female staffers..... More than a dozen current and former staffers interviewed by BuzzFeed News said complaints about top-level staff on the Fight for 15 were an open secret, and that complaints about abusive behavior by organizers who reported to top strategist Courtney led to no action. In October, the union suspended Courtney, following his marriage to a union employee. Sources said...

Me, too. That phrase has floated around social media all week, a trend started in response to the recent sexual assault allegations against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein. The premise is simple, if not oversimplified: Shift the focus away from predators and onto the victims. Tens of thousands of women—and men—have shared their stories of rape, sexual assault, or harassment under the hashtag. For some, the only words that came were “Me, too.” I process through writing. This week, I have written something incredibly personal, for a trend no one—including myself—expected me to participate in. I believe I owe myself a...

NEW YORK (AP) — Sexual harassment and mistreatment of models have always been widely known and tolerated in the fashion industry, Christy Turlington Burns said. “The industry is surrounded by predators who thrive on the constant rejection and loneliness so many of us have experienced at some point in our careers. I feel fortunate that I did not personally experience anything traumatic, but also know that is not the norm,” she told Women’s Wear Daily in an interview published Wednesday.

On a winter day in 2016, Curt Albert was traveling Interstate 15 in Utah on his way to Arizona. Near New Harmony, another motorist drove up beside him and signaled him to pull over. The other motorist, according to Albert and findings by an administrative law judge, was an employee of Freeway Tire in New Harmony. He said the right rear tire on Albert’s travel trailer was wobbling. Albert agreed to follow him to the tire shop for a repair. “I don’t want to get stranded somewhere,” Albert recently explained. “It’s 25 degrees outside, and the wind’s blowing.” But $1,018.10...

A few months after lefty activists crowded Washington D.C. for the Women's March, activists from many of those same organizations went to bat for a serial rapist and murderer. Ledell Lee's victims were all women.  While he was on trial for the rape and murder of Debra Reese, the testimony of three of his rape victims was presented. Lee had made a habit of knocking on doors and asking to borrow some tools to see whether a woman's husband might be home. Debra Reese called her mother and told her that a strange man had tried to borrow some tools....

WYTHEVILLE — Wayne and Roger Shaw, of Illinois, pulled into town on Sunday with 19 dead coyotes piled in the back of their truck and blood running down the bumper from their nine-hour drive. It was a good haul, but not enough to win the “most kills” award at the first ever Eastern U.S. Predator Calling Championship. That honor went to Jeremy Brown and Mike Burgess, of Maryland. They rolled in with 31 foxes in a basket on the tailgate. “People are really weirded out by it,” Brown said. “They see this driving down the road, and we get a...

It is not a suggestion that is likely to go down well with millions of cat lovers. An American academic has recommended that all stray felines should be eradicated unless they can be found a home, because of the huge numbers of birds they kill. Not only that, but Dr Peter Marra, the director of the Smithsonian migratory bird centre in Washington, says all domestic cats should be kept indoors or on a lead to stop the “devastating impact” they have on wildlife.

The current assault on women’s right to privacy in public restrooms implies that only those born with Gender Identity Disorder have any personal rights. GIDites believe that people with male anatomies who are dressed as women should be able to use restrooms designated for people with female anatomies. Women are justifiably concerned that sexual predators can take advantage of this situation and dress as women to gain access to women’s restrooms. Depriving women of their right to sexual privacy to accommodate men with a mental abnormality makes women second class citizens

Quinn Swales was killed by the big cat in the same Zimbabwean park where Cecil the lion was illegally hunted by an American dentist last month. The 40-year-old was tracking lions with a tour party during a dawn safari when they were suddenly targeted by the large male. According to statement from the...

A new report commissioned by concerned alumni of Horace Mann School, an elite private school in New York City, tells an extraordinary story of the sexual abuse of scores of students over decades by teachers, coaches, department heads, a headmaster, a school chaplain and a dean of guidance. The findings build on revelations made public in recent years about sex abuse at Horace Mann, which was founded by Columbia University on its campus in 1887 but has long been an independent school in the Bronx, now with 1,782 students from nursery school through 12th grade. It costs $41,900 a year...

TORONTO, March 13, 2015 (LifeSiteNews.com) -- A homosexual activist has candidly admitted that gay-themed materials and policies pushed in grade schools across North America are for the sake of “indoctrinating” children into an unquestioning acceptance of homosexuality.“I am here to tell you: All that time I said I wasn't indoctrinating anyone with my beliefs about gay and lesbian and bi and trans and queer people? That was a lie,” writes long-time Canadian gay activist S. Bear Bergman in a piece appearing on Huffington Post a week ago tellingly titled ‘I Have Come to Indoctrinate Your Children Into My LGBTQ Agenda...

Planned Parenthood’s Elokin CaPece is on a global mission—to make “sexperts” of students across the mid-south and send them forth to indoctrinate the world. The University of Memphis campus newspaper, The Daily Helmsman, is hawking “sexpert” training at Planned Parenthood, “offering students the opportunity to become educators and advocates for sexual health and safety on college campuses throughout the MidSouth.” CaPece, education director for Planned Parenthood Greater Memphis Region, is quoted in the article: “I hope sexperts becomes a revolution. . . . That we teach you what you need to know about sex and you go and teach the...

In an article which may be found here, Dr. William Oddie notes that, "Pope Francis has now once again (though to judge by the so far sparse coverage, you’d think he’d never said or done anything before) expressed his abhorrence of clerical sex abuse. Previous popes—indeed most senior clergy—are normally too reticent, however, to do what he has now done as well, that is to say, he has defended the Catholic Church’s record on tackling the sexual abuse of children by priests, by declaring what is now the simple truth: that “no one else has done more” than the Church...

The Boy Scouts of America will accept openly gay youths starting on New Year’s Day, a historic change that has prompted the BSA to ponder a host of potential complications—ranging from policies on tentmates and showers to whether Scouts can march in gay pride parades. Yet despite their be-prepared approach, BSA leaders are rooting for the change to be a non-event, comparable to another New Year’s Day in 2000 when widespread fears of digital-clock chaos to start the new millennium proved unfounded. “My hope is there will be the same effect this Jan. 1 as the Y2K scare,” said Brad...

Horace Mann School, the elite Horace Mann prep school in the Bronx, has apologized for sexual abuse committed by its teachers and administrators between the years 1962 and 1996. But the school, which has said it will create an advisory panel on student safety, appoint one of the victims to the Head of School Committee that advises the board of trustees, and release the school's report of the sexual abuse committed by its employees, has refused to do one thing that the victims have asked for: support an independent investigation into the abuses. Joseph Cumming, a former victim, said, “The...

Massachusetts Democratic State Representative John Fresolo complained that “people are misinterpreting the rationale behind what I did.” What he did was send a digital photo of his penis to a computer at the State House. A legislative aide who saw the photo lodged a complaint with the Ethics Committee. Fresolo maintained that he was “pilot-testing a new element for sexual offender databases. Right now, all we have on sex offenders is facial photographs. In cases where a rapist wears a mask the victim may not be able to identify her assailant. By providing another data point we could close more...
