TRENTON, N.J. -- After almost four months of waiting, Tamera Dixon, who weighed less than a soda can when she was born on April 25, is ready to head home. Believed to be one of the smallest babies ever born in New Jersey, the Trenton preemie has spent most of her life in an incubator. I would like to ask all of you to pray for my friend, Marijon's granddaughter. Her name is Sara Grace. She was born on June 6, 2003, 3 months early. She weighed 1 pound 6 ounces at birth. She has been in neonatal ICU since that time. At 2 weeks of age, she had to have a colostomy for perforated bowel.
