Both biological and “trans” men are capable of becoming pregnant, according to Planned Parenthood’s Director for Primary and Trans Care Dr. Bhavik Kumar, who, speaking before congress at a hearing on abortion restrictions, claimed to have performed the procedure “likely thousands” of times as he deemed abortion bans “inherently racist, inherently classist, and fundamentally part of the white supremacy agenda.” The medical director also claimed that men can become pregnant.

The number and rate of U.S. abortions increased from 2017 to 2020 after a long decline, according to figures released Wednesday. The report from the Guttmacher Institute, a research group that supports abortion rights, counted more than 930,000 abortions in the U.S. in 2020. That’s up from about 862,000 abortions in 2017, when national abortion figures reached their lowest point since the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court ruling that legalized the procedure nationwide. About one in five pregnancies ended in abortion in 2020, according to the report, which comes as the Supreme Court appears ready to overturn that decision.

With increasing rates of infertility and higher average rates of maternal age, people are turning to assisted reproductive technologies (ART) like in vitro fertilization (IVF) more than ever. More than 8 million babies have been born since the first IVF pregnancy in 1978. Recognizing the emotional agony of dealing with trouble conceiving, it makes sense why IVF is becoming so widely used. IVF provides a glimmer of hope for couples who have faced numerous cycles of negative pregnancy tests. But recently, some light has been shed on less positive aspects of the ART industry, revealing inflated success rates, maternal and...

Advice for Trump: Revise U.S. Military Manuals Corrupted by Obama’s Pentagon One of President Donald James Trump’s and Secretary of Defense James “Mad Dog” Mattis’ primary endeavors should be to rollback the damage done to the Pentagon’s military manuals, curricula for training of officers and enlisted men, and the other material compromised by eight-years of political correctness seeping into the military. As part of former President Barack Obama’s mission to “win the hearts and minds” of people who despise the United States of America, including those who live in the U.S., the Pentagon released new military manuals that pleased groups...

It’s been another stellar couple of weeks for what used to be the world’s greatest navy, but now is nothing more than a continual Carnival Cruise with weapons, all courtesy of Barack Obama, Ash Carter, Ray Mabus and the pusillanimous doormen who call themselves the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Over a week ago, it was reported that a female sailor, serving aboard the aircraft carrier, USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, delivered a 7-pound baby girl. According to the Navy, the woman had no idea she was pregnant. Uh huh… If the concept of delivering babies aboard US ships of war isn’t...

A cabal of corrupt corrections officers and members of the Black Guerrilla Family gang enjoyed nearly free rein inside the Baltimore City Detention Center, federal authorities allege, smuggling drugs and cellphones into the jail and having sexual relationships that left four guards pregnant. An indictment unsealed Tuesday names 25 people — including 13 women working as corrections officers — who face racketeering, drug and money-laundering charges. It alleges that Tavon White, an inmate known as "Bulldog," took control of the prison gang soon after his arrival in 2009 on an attempted-murder charge. He is accused of building a network of...

Detroit women are turning to abortion at a staggering rate as poverty and crime grip the city, with more than one-third of pregnancies being terminated. According to 2012 figures, the most recent year for which data are available, 31 percent of pregnancies among Detroit residents ended in abortion — compared to about 14 percent for all of Michigan, The Detroit News reported. (Snip) Dr. Susan Schooley, chairwoman of the Department of Family Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital, said the statistics make Detroit look “more like some Third-World country than someplace in the United States.”

PITTSBURGH -- Barry and Rebecca Vest can't conceive children -- or of why a woman pretended to be pregnant and persuaded them to travel from Idaho to Pennsylvania five days after Christmas to adopt a baby that didn't exist. And what they really don't understand is why that isn't a crime. The Vests claim to be the latest victims of a woman known to Pennsylvania authorities as 32-year-old Amy Slanina, who, according to court records and interviews, pretends to be pregnant so infertile couples or, in some cases, female friends or lovers will shower her with attention, affection and sometimes...

NEW YORK, New York, January 5, 2012 (LifeSiteNews.com) – With the highest abortion rate in the nation, nearly double the 23% national average, New York continues to be a place that babies in the womb cannot love. New York City Department of Health released data that shows that 83,750 abortions were performed in New York City in 2010, which translated to 40% of all pregnancies, down from 41% in 2009. The Bronx saw a staggering 48% of pregnancies end in abortion. The city lost 38,574 African-Americans babies to abortion, a dumbfounding 60% of the city’s African-American pregnancies. New York has...

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A northeast Pennsylvania woman will plead and be sentenced Thursday on charges she killed five babies born after hidden pregnancies — and kept their remains in a locked closet. DNA tests show Michele Kalina, 45, of Reading conceived most, if not all, of the babies through an affair with a co-worker. Neither he nor Kalina's husband knew about the pregnancies. Court records show Kalina, a home-health aide, is set for a combined plea and sentencing hearing Thursday. She is charged with one count of criminal homicide and multiple counts of abuse of corpse and concealing the death...

A batty Brooklyn mom who admitted to inducing the abortion of her two-timing husband's love child was sentenced Tuesday to four years in prison. Kisha Jones, 40, who has already been jailed for 17 months following her diabolical deed, has about two more years to spend in the clink when factoring time off for good behavior. The mother-of-five tricked her hubby's mistress Monique Hunter, 26, to take cytotec, causing early labor on October 2009. When the baby was born alive, she tried to deceive hospital workers into taking the premature newborn off the respirator. Both Hunter and her child are...

New and eye-opening statistics about the rate of abortions in New York City have been released by the Health Department. It raises questions about the effectiveness of current birth control education. 41% of all New York City pregnancies end in abortion. The rate for minorities is even higher. Both sides say the high abortion percentage is a crisis. "If 41% of New York babies are aborted, with the percentage even higher in the Bronx and among our African-American babies in the world, it is downright chilling," New York Archbishop Timothy Dolan said. Broken down by race for 2009: Specifically non-Hispanic...

WASHINGTON - U.S. teen pregnancy and birth rates have plummeted to all-time lows as more teenagers delay sex, abstain from it, use contraception and use it more effectively. Abortions also are down. The decline, to the lowest teen birth rates since national tallies began in 1940, is a remarkable personal health reform, sharper than U.S. declines in smoking or increases in seat-belt use ---------------------------------------------------- That said, the decline in pregnancy among American teenagers is impressive: In 1990, 116 teens out of every thousand aged 15 to 19 got pregnant, according to the CDC. By 2000, just 85 did. More recent...

Can you say ''perverse''? Planned Parenthood in Indiana and Kansas is effectively fighting to protect child rapists from potential prosecution in two high-profile legal fights. That an organization devoted to the interests of women finds itself in this position is a cautionary tale of abortion-rights extremism. In Indiana, the attorney general is seeking the records of girls under the age of 14 who have visited Planned Parenthood clinics. Let that sink in: We're talking about 12- and 13-year- old girls. It is a crime to have sex with a child under 14 in the state. Under law, individuals with reason...

A MATERNITY unit has been created within a secondary school to cope with soaring rates of teenage pregnancies. Parents of children at Menzieshill High School in Dundee, which has Western Europe’s highest rate of teenage pregnancies, have hit out at the plan to create a centre for pregnant pupils and schoolgirl mothers. Dundee City Council plans to have the specialist unit opened within Menzieshill in time for the start of the next academic year in August. More than one in every 100 schoolgirls in Dundee aged between 13 and 15 will become pregnant, according to statistics released this week. Pregnant...

US Army covers up an ‘embarrassment’ WASHINGTON: Many US women soldiers in Iraq are leaving the frontline and returning home, but the Pentagon does not want to reveal their numbers as the “embarassing” statistic includes unwed mothers, media reported on Wednesday. “US Central Command is not tracking the number of troops who must leave the Iraq war theatre due to pregnancy, prompting military advocates to charge that the Pentagon wants to keep secret what could be an embarrassing statistic,” The Washington Times said. The paper said that there have been anecdotal reports of unmrried women soldiers becoming pregnant in Iraq....

LANDSTUHL, Germany — Landstuhl Regional Medical Center is receiving more than twice the number of patients from Operation Iraqi Freedom that it did during the major combat phase of the war. An average of 48 patients a day were being treated last week, compared with 22 patients a day in March, said Col. David Rubenstein, who relinquished command of the hospital last week for a new post. Of those patients admitted, about 5 percent were combat-related injuries, “although that’s starting to grow a bit,” Rubenstein said last week, referring to continued attacks on U.S. troops in Iraq. During major combat,...
