The below is a very interesting update on Seth Rich’s murder. First we have the attorneys in the DNC fraud lawsuit to seek court’s protection, citing Seth Rich murder. We also have a taped interview with DNC family spokeman, Brad Bauman. He sounds very hateful, but he does reveal new information. JARED BECK files DNC Lawsuit regarding the rigging of the election and is asking for a protection order for plaintiffs, counsel & witness . Supporting this motion is the untimely death of Shawn Lucas (Process server for DNC) Seth Rich, who may have been a potential witness, also Beranton...

NRA says law 'restores the right of the presumption of innocence and the right of self-defense'! On Friday, Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R) signed into law new legal protections for individuals who defend themselves with firearms. Senate Bill 128 shifts the burden of proof requirement from the accused to state prosecutors during certain legal proceedings when someone claims he fired a gun in self-defense. The law, which goes into effect immediately, requires that state prosecutors present evidence to overcome a defendant's claim that they employed a justifiable use of force. If the prosecutors can't show "clear and convincing evidence" that...

RUSH: You know, on this business of “protections” becoming a new word for “regulations,” if the left wants to do that — and they’re gonna do it — here’s the right way to characterize it. It is President Trump who is restoring protections. President Trump is restoring protections for women and girls in bathrooms and to schools. It is President Trump doing the protecting. It is President Trump issuing the protections. Just take their own terminology and throw it back at ’em. BREAK TRANSCRIPT RUSH: Joni in Hanna, Indiana. Welcome to the EIB Network. Thousands of sensitive assets belonging to U.S. Secret Service agents, including firearms, computer laptops, work badges, telephones and even motor vehicles, have been lost during the past 15 years, according to documents obtained by nonprofit government watchdog Judicial Watch. “This is supposedly an elite law enforcement agency — how did all this equipment get stolen?” or lost. “This is alarming. Every American should be alarmed about this,” Judicial Watch’s Irene Garcia told The Daily Caller News Foundation. Secret Service agents reported 11,780 lost or stolen assets between fiscal years 2001 and 2016, according to the data Judicial Watch received, although...
  • CFPB “Structurally Unconstitutional” – US Court of Appeals

the US Court of Appeals from the DC Circuit today found that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau was “structurally unconstitutional.” The offending structure consists of an independent agency with a single, all-powerful executive director. The Court found that structure fell between two stools – an agency with a single head needs to be accountable to the President, while an independent agency needs to have internal checks and balances by having a multi-member commission format like the SEC and others... The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s lack of checks and balances violates the Constitution’s separation of powers. Its director is like a...

BUSHNELL (FOX 13) - A Sumter County man says he is unfairly being charged with violating the state's alligator poaching law after he tried to protect his livestock. Reginald Blanton of Bushnell said an alligator was in the field with his horses on the night of June 21. His son, Jack Hildreth, tried to scare it away, but that didn't work. So Blanton fired a shot at it, trying to get it to leave. But the state attorney in Sumter County said Blanton went too far.

WASHINGTON – Federal inmates made thousands of defective combat helmets for the U.S. military at a prison facility that was rife with problems, including the use of degraded armor and the submission of preselected helmets for inspection to make sure they would be approved, according to a newly released investigative report. A Justice Department Inspector General summary report released Wednesday said faulty helmets were made by Federal Prison Industries (FPI), for the Army and the Marine Corps. The U.S. government-owned company operates under the trade name UNICOR and served as a subcontractor for ArmorSource, an Ohio company that was one...

Symantec enterprise and Norton security product users are being urged to patch their applications immediately after multiple dangerous vulnerabilities were discovered. The security firm has advised that 17 enterprise security products and nine Norton consumer offerings are affected. Google Project Zero researcher Tavis Ormandy discovered the flaws. The most serious is that the products unpack compressed executables in the operating system kernel to analyse them for malicious code. He said this dangerous practice means the vulnerability can be exploited by simply sending a link or an email - users don't need to do anything to activate an attack.

The Knesset Interior Committee headed by MK Dudu Amsalem held a wide-ranging discussion about violence among the Arab population. "There have been 13 murders in a single place in Beit Jann. The police are powerless to prevent it or do find the guilty parties," according to Bayan Qabalan, Head of the Beit Jann Local Council. "13 murders with nobody held to account. This intolerable situation will ultimately turn on you. If nothing is done you will suffer as we do." Beit Jann is a Druze village in northern Israel. The discussion was held at the request of MKs Osama Saadi,...

President Obama urged students to open up their digital life to the federal government, if they wanted to be protected by the government, calling the current privacy expectations from Americans unrealistic. “People have a whole new set of privacy expectations that are understandable. They also expect though that since their lives are all digitized, that the digital world is safe, which creates a contradictory demand on government,” he said. Obama discussed the issue during a conversation about the Supreme Court at the University of Chicago, where he used to teach Constitutional law. He pointed out that citizens expected the government...

Who ever said the Air Force wasn’t hardcore? In a report given by an Air Force security forces officer, base commanders across the country will be able to authorize the carry of guns by on- or off-duty airmen. The 2015 attack on a Chattanooga, Tennessee recruiting office is a large part of what prompted the change in policy. Some critics had pointed out that armed servicemen could have stopped the threat before any innocent civilians were killed. Instead, the shooter’s rampage lasted until police were able to respond and kill the attacker, Muhammad Youseef Abdulazeez.

At what point in history did these people come to the conclusion that failing to give aid and comfort to the enemy should be a criminal offense? The United States Supreme Court has ruled a number of times that law enforcement cannot protect you. They are there to take a report after a crime is committed. Reality suggests that the police are unable to protect you without compromising your freedom as an individual. To “anticipate” crime and arrest based on a condition of anticipation, before any crime is actually committed, would be to dwell in the realm of Orwellian government...

The Daily Caller News Foundation analyzed 195 cases where gun owners used their firearms to successfully defend themselves from crooks and home invaders, and found an impressive number of elderly people used guns to defend their lives and property. In light of President Barack Obama's executive action on gun control Tuesday, TheDCNF looked at incidents in a period between July 2014 and July 2015. From our analysis, we've compiled five of the most incredible times people 60 and older protected themselves by pulling out a gun. 1. "... Clinton’s plan, her campaign said, will continue calls for universal background checks and for the ban of military-style assault weapons from the streets. In addition, it will call for a crackdown on the sale of guns on the Internet and at gun shows -- something Clinton will say she will even take executive action to do -- in order to ensure that all gun sellers are held to the same standards as gun stores. It will also push for legislation to prevent gun sales from going through without completed background checks (something currently dubbed a "Charleston Loophole"), and for...

MADISON, Wis. – A bill that would reform Wisconsin’s controversial John Doe procedure – a grand jury-like procedure used to hound Gov. Scott Walker and his conservative allies for years – is now headed to the Assembly floor. Assembly Bill 68 passed Thursday in an executive session of the Assembly’s Judiciary Committee. The bill’s authors, state Rep. David Craig, R-Town of Vernon, and Sen. Tom Tiffany, R-Hazelhurst, said the committee’s vote is an important step toward “ensuring the John Doe statute isn’t abused going forward.” AB 68 was inspired in large part by lengthy campaign-finance probes launched by Milwaukee County...

Some time after I bought my first gun, I got a robocall from the National Rifle Association, asking me to join. After the customary “Please stay on the line …” from a pleasant but earnest voice, I recoiled from the barkings of an angry-sounding man: “Did I know that Barack Hussein Obama and European leaders are meeting on American soil right now, at this very moment, to plot the confiscation of my guns?” The caller continued with his insinuations of an imminent United Nations plot against America, but before I could be handed off to a live operator, I hung...

Senate Republicans passed the bill in April, dismissing Democrats' concerns that the measure would make it easier for people to purchase handguns in a fit of rage. Asked whether the governor supports the measure, his spokeswoman said only that Walker supports laws making it easier for law-abiding citizens to access firearms and hard for criminals to get them...."

During an interview with New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman, President Barack Obama said that his “absolute commitment” that if Israel were “attacked by any state, that we would stand by them” and that it “should be sufficient” for them “to take advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity” and accept his Iran nuclear deal as a good step forward. Obama said, “Now, what you might hear from Prime Minister [Benjamin] Netanyahu, which I respect, is the notion, ‘Look, Israel is more vulnerable. We don’t have the luxury of testing these propositions the way you do,’ and I completely understand that. And...
