The Virginia Tea Party Patriots have invited me to speak before them along with the Executive Director of the Black American Leadership Alliance(BALA) and Congressmen Peter King on the dangers of amnesty. As a member of the BALA, I have committed myself to fighting against amnesty as we were lied to in 1986, when we were told it was a one time deal! The Pro-Amnesty Forces have been using all types of misleading tactics and bald-face lies to achieve their goal of open border and amnesty for all. The Pro-Amnesty are using every underhanded tactic to get the Senate Bill...

SPRINGFIELD — Gov. Pat Quinn is tossing aside the decades-old tradition of Democrats throwing a political rally at the Illinois State Fair, but he denies that’s because Democrats are in disarray, he got booed heavily last year or that he’s facing a tough primary challenger. No, the Democratic governor says that Wednesday’s Governor’s Day at the state fairgrounds will not be the place for the usual political speeches, sign waving and blasting of Republicans. It will be filled with music and entertainment instead.

Just a video that appeals to my perverted sense of humor. Reminds me of Peter Sellers skit.

had an awesome morning. Me and two buddies stepped away from our computers to do some real live foot work for freedom. We held an impeach omoron over pass rally, yep that's right just the three of us. The response was awesome. Horns never stopped the whole time we were out there. As an added bonus we were able capture on video military movement. This is raw footage taken this morning on I-69 just south of Fort Wayne Indiana. If 3 people can generate this type of response in only a couple hours, just think what we could to if...

Two years ago this Tuesday, on August 6th, 2011, Muslim animals ambushed and shot down an American Chinook helicopter, the Extortion 17, west of Kabul, Afghanistan. All 38 men and one military working dog on board were killed, including 25 special operations personnel, of which 15 were members of the elite Navy Seal Team 6. As Pamela Geller wrote last month in a column published at the American Thinker: The attack on Extortion 17 came just three months after the Osama bin Laden kill, and both Obama and Biden had identified the team that took OBL out. Retribution was inevitable....

Supporters of Trayvon Martin and George Zimmerman came face-to-face Sunday during a march through a wealthy neighborhood in Houston. Some 80 pro-Zimmerman supporters waved signs and shouted slogans at Martin supporters as they passed through the neighborhood of River Oaks, an upscale enclave deemed "Houston's Sanford, Florida" by the organizer of the Trayvon rally, the Houston Chronicle reported. Separated by cops on horseback and specialized crowd control units, the two sides traded insults and shouted slogans at each another but never clashed physically.

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A large crowd gathered near the Federal Courthouse in Richmond as part of the "Justice for Trayvon" rallies happening all over the country. Mayor Dwight Jones and several other pastors spoke out at Saturday's event. It's been one week since a jury rendered a not guilty verdict in the George Zimmerman trial. City and community leaders took this opportunity to push for more peace in the streets. Richmond Mayor Dwight Jones shared his views on Florida's controversial Stand Your Ground law to the crowd. "Stand your ground is something that doesn't exist in Virginia it exists...

Danilo Lopez will be allowed to stay in the country, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) says. Lopez, a Vermont migrant-worker-turned-activist from Mexico, advocated for a new law allowing people without legal status to get drivers' licenses. Lopez was scheduled to be deported on July 5. In 2011, Lopez was traveling in a friend’s car when a police officer pulled them over for speeding. Lopez was turned over to Border Patrol, detained and released. Since then, he’s helped Vermont’s migrant worker community get access to driver's licenses. Earlier this year, Lopez said that the campaign for driver's licenses is really...

The day after the George Zimmerman verdict was announced, I was at the supermarket. As always, Americans of all races went about their business. An elderly Asian lady got help from a tall Caucasian kid reaching an item on an upper shelf. A black cashier shared a joke with a white customer. A manager who might be Hispanic helped a patron of indeterminate ethnicity with a return. All was calm and composed. Let's call that supermarket America. There's another America that exists on the TV, radio and the cell phone screen. There, the race baiters, provocateurs, rumormongers, and ratings-mad self-promoters...

BLUFFDALE — More than 100 people gathered Thursday at Utah Veterans Memorial Park to support the cause of Restore the Fourth, a national group demanding an end to what its members say is unconstitutional government surveillance. Dan Garfield, a Saratoga Springs resident and Restore the Fourth supporter, said he believes the rally for Fourth Amendment rights was fitting for the Fourth of July because veterans have fought and died to maintain American rights. "We feel like the government has overstepped its bounds and gone contrary to what the Fourth Amendment stands for," he said. Garfield said the rally was initially...

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT RUSH: The media is sorta unbalanced today. They are panicking that the prosecution of George Zimmerman is imploding. The media is totally invested in George Zimmerman being convicted as a racist "white Hispanic." They are totally invested, and it looks like the prosecution's case is just imploding -- and, as such, there's panic now. So much so, ladies and gentlemen, so much so that there is now talk and agitating for race riots. Grab audio sound bite number 12. This is last night on ABC News Nightline. The anchor, Dan Abrams, is interviewing Sanford, Florida, police chief Cecil...

wset.images.worldnow.comFrom: VCDL President SIGNS? WE DON'T NEED NO STINKIN' SIGNS! ER, WELL, OK, MAYBE WE DO On Wednesday I surveyed VCDL's inventory of signs from previous events, but found that I didn't have any applicable signs here in Richmond for the Bloomberg Tyranny Tour (BTT). I got in my car and began my drive up to Roanoke for my talk at the Roanoke City Republican Committee meeting. On the ride up I called EM John Wilburn in Blacksburg to ask him if he could help me with signs for Friday. John jumped into action with member Sheila Rigney and they...

When Barack Obama gave a speech in Berlin in 2008, he drew a crowd of 200,000. Wednesday's speech at Berlin's Brandenburg Gate was a little less popular. White House pool reporter Elmar Jakobs estimated the crowd at only 4,500.

Capitol Hill police are trying to block activists attending Wednesday's "Audit the IRS" rally from also attending a nearly day-long press conference on immigration, hosted by Reps. Steve King and Louie Gohmert. The IRS rally is on the west side of the Capitol, while the immigration event is on the east side. Organizers for the IRS event were told by Hill police that "your people" can only assemble on the west side. Organizers were told to remove the activists from the immigration event. Capitol Hill police left a voicemail for Kevin Mooneyhan, Deputy Executive Director of Tea Party Patriots, saying...

With bullhorn in hand to share their stories, they carried a banner reading, "We will no longer remain in the shadows." The small rally was held by members of the San Gabriel Valley chapter of the Immigrant Youth Coalition at Morgan Park, at Ramona and Baldwin Park boulevards. "I have never been arrested. I have no criminal record. Yet I am considered a criminal for being here unintentionally," said Kevin Flores, 22, of Rosemead....

Re: 2nd Amendment March & Rally at the State Capital A big shout-out to Nick of northern Michigan for car-pooling me and big Dan to Lansing! What a nice time. Lots of people open-carrying their sidearms along with LOTS of men and women with slung carbines and shotguns. Folks were polite, smiling and friendly. The only repugnant folks present were a few panty-waisted, slack-jawed liberals who wanted to ban all firearms. The Michigan State Police and Capital Police were good-to-go and professional. One of the Troopers came up and commented on my jacket and told him where he could buy...

Environmental groups gathered on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. Sunday and marched on the White House for a climate change rally largely aimed at pressuring President Obama to reject the Keystone XL oil sands pipeline. Organizers said 35,000 activists attended the rally, where speakers portrayed the battle over the pipeline as a struggle between grassroots green groups and deep-pocketed special interests. “They’ve got the lobbyists. They’ve got the super-PACs. They made the campaign contributions. They’ve got this town in their pockets — they have got the situation under control. And then you show up. And then we show up....

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho - An estimated 1,000 people took to the streets of Idaho Falls in support of 2nd Amendment rights on Saturday. The group's organizers say the massive demonstration isn't exclusively about guns -- it's about freedom. “Are all of you Americans?” shouted organizer Chad Christensen, to a resounding response from the crowd. The large crowd crossed the Broadway Bridge in downtown Idaho Falls in a trek from the Bonneville County courthouse to the Shilo Inn. “This isn't about guns, I believe,” said Christensen. “It's about our freedom and our liberty and our childrens’ future.” Through city streets, marchers...

More than 20,000 protestors from around 160 organizations will swarm the National Mall Sunday in hopes of intensifying the pressure on President Obama over climate policy. The president has not yet detailed the specifics of how he will address the issue, aside from a pledge made in the State of the Union address to take executive action on climate if Congress fails to make progress. Demonstrators are likely to offer plenty of loud suggestions in what green groups are branding the largest ever United States climate rally. “We’re really past the point of playing games with any of this stuff,”...

A large global warming protest with a very Canadian connection is scheduled for Sunday February 17th at the White House. The protest, organized by the Sierra Club and 350.org, is being dubbed as the biggest climate rally in U.S. history and is meant to encourage President Obama to veto the construction of the proposed Keystone XL pipeline that would carry oil from northern Alberta down to the Gulf of Mexico. In a telephone interview with Yahoo! Canada News, 350.org's Daniel Kessler said that he is expecting tens of thousands of people including "several groups" from Canada. Obama is expected to...

PHOENIX - Opponents of gun control rallied at the State Capitol Friday morning for "Second Amendment Appreciation Day," and came heavily-armed. They said they were trying to send a message to state leaders and even to the President -- the message being, "keep your hands off my guns." About 100 people gathered for what they called a peaceful protest. It's part of a nationwide event, rallying in support of their second amendment right to bear arms. They said they wanted state leaders to hear that they don't want any changes to existing gun control laws, adding that they fear the...

PHOENIX -- The contentious debate over American gun rights revved up Friday with well-armed Arizonans taking to the capital to have their voice heard. “We're here exercising our first amendment rights in order to protect our second amendment rights,” said Dean Weingarten. “If we don’t exercise our rights we will lose them.” Approximately 100 gun rights supporters, with holstered handguns and semi automatic rifles, gathered at the state capitol with one common message. “The message is don't infringe on the second amendment,” said Duane Weingarten. The group is concerned with the possibility of congress passing much stricter gun laws in...

Last year, when a Republican candidate should have waltzed to victory, Mitt Romney got his teeth knocked in by a man who could fairly be called the single least competent American President in history. This beating had very real consequences. 1) Barack Obama feels empowered: Liberals are always vulgar in defeat and hubristic in victory, but Barack Obama has become so toweringly arrogant that it wouldn't be a surprise if he were getting himself fitted for a crown. He's acting as if he expects to have anything and everything he wants handed to him on a silver platter and if...

CONCORD – Flags, signs and guns filled the Statehouse steps Thursday afternoon as hundreds of residents from across New Hampshire gathered to rally for gun rights. In the wake of last month’s shooting in Newtown, Conn., politics have distracted lawmakers at the state and federal level, helping them to forget about individual liberties and constitutional freedoms, speakers and supporters argued throughout the event. But, with the right to bear arms in jeopardy, gun advocates vowed to remind legislators of their responsibility to the Constitution. “All of us know we are at a crossroads in our country,” event organizer Jack Kimball,...

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The rally is called Guns Across America and the idea is to show gun owners are neighbors and law-abiding citizens. Rally supporters are being asked to dress appropriately, not in camo or hunting gear. Many of those same supporters showed up carrying firearms, open-carry pistols, semi-automatic rifles and shotguns along with concealed carry permit holders, all legal in Ohio. Those carrying firearms are not allowed on statehouse grounds and the rally supporters said they do not have a rally permit. "I'm here because I believe in the second amendment and I believe I should be able to...

If one were to believe gun control advocates, one would come to the conclusion that those of us who are strong supporters of the 2nd Amendment are nothing but a lot of gun-crazy, law-breaking, and unruly citizens who believe the government is out to take our guns. To hear them tell it, all they want to do is reinstate the ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines (high-capacity is considered to be anything over 10 rounds). We have nothing to fear, or so they say. The assault weapon and high-capacity magazine bans are nothing more than common sense measures that...
