Tyler McMillan was tied to the tree by Brice and Sandra and left over night. He was let go the next day. And again tied a second night. His stepmother Sandra found him unconscious the following afternoon at 4:30. The temps were 100 degrees. Tyler McMillan, bound and tied to a tree had no food and water while tied.
