Palin Calls On Romney To Work Harder For The Conservative Vote Peter Hamby Washington (CNN) - Sarah Palin issued a warning to Mitt Romney Saturday, calling on the former Massachusetts governor to do a better job explaining his record to conservatives or risk dampening voter turnout in November if he wins the Republican presidential nomination. In an interview with CNN and The New York Times before her speech to the Conservative Political Action Conference in Washington, Palin said she was confused by Romney’s declaration here on Friday that he was a “severely conservative Republican.” “I wasn’t quite sure what the...

THE MSM & THE LEFT ENLIST READERS TO HELP SMEAR SARAH PALINOR...OH HOW THEY HATE HER! By: Jeff Head, 6/10/2011 [SARAH 2012] - [SARAH-IMMIGRATION] - [BEST FRIEND] - [NOW,NOW,NOW] - [PALIN HIDING?] - [FAREWELL AS GOV] If you didn't need any more proof to the contrary, the left, the mainstream media (who in large represents the left), the DNC, and many establishment, RINO politicians are scared to death of Sarah Palin and will do anything in their power to keep her from becoming President of these United States, or even intertaining the prospect. The director of “The Undefeated,” a glowing new film about Sarah Palin, said he plans to release an “X-rated” version of the film to better convey “vile” comments about her from sources including celebrities and obscure Twitter users. The documentary echoes Palin’s own appeal by leading with her victimhood and in a format – two hours of unmoderated hagiography — that’s aimed at thrilling the faithful, not engaging doubters. The film begins with a 15-minute montage of Palin foes using obscene language and insulting her disabled son. After that opening, the film includes the voices of no other Palin critics,...
  • Grassley Says Only ‘2 or 3’ Republicans Are Qualified for White House(plays classcard)

    New York Times ^ | 3/25/2011 | MICHAEL D. SHEAR
Senator Chuck Grassley, Republican of Iowa, offered a blunt, no-nonsense assessment of the potential Republican field of candidates for president. He said only two or three of them would be qualified to hold the highest office in the land. And then he refused to say which ones they were. In an interview with KJAN radio in Iowa, Mr. Grassley said that although it was too early for him to pick a favorite, he would focus on which candidate could emerge from the state’s caucus in a position to carry on a full-blown campaign. “It wouldn’t do me much good to...
  • What's with the recent trend of tagging non-relevant articles with palin or sarahpalin?

What's with the recent trend of tagging articles with palin or sarahpalin that have nothing to do with Sarah Palin? If your article has nothing to do with Palin, please don't tag it as such. It's bad enough that journalists use her name to get hits to their articles or as a cheap source of writing material. We don't need that attitude here too. Just because people want to increase traffic to their posts, doesn't mean they should tag their posted articles with palin or sarahpalin. This just clutters the keyword/tagging system.

After watching Sarah on O'Reilly last night and hearing her speak to the immigration issue, I am satisfied that she would put in place the strongest plan of all the strongest candidates to enforce our border and establish an environment here in the nation where many, if not most illegals here would either self-deport, or be caught and sent home. She needs, post haste, to develop these talking points into a comprehensive immigrataion plan that speaks to the issues in no uncertain terms. Here's a start for securing the border: A Comprehensive Plan for US Souhern Border Enforcement As...
  • Sarah Palin: Peace Through Strength and American Pride vs. “Enemy-Centric” Policy

Peace Through Strength and American Pride vs. “Enemy-Centric” Policy Today at 2:56pm Earlier this week, I spoke at the Freedom Fest in Norfolk, Virginia; and, evidently, the media was asked to leave – not by me, that’s for sure. I want my message out, so despite reporters making up a story about “Palin people kicking us out” (uh, the “Palin people” entourage would consist of one person – my 15-year-old daughter, Willow – and I have no doubt she could take on any reporter, but I know for certain she didn’t “kick ‘em out” of the event). Anyway, here are...

The Netanyahu government’s attitude to the United States shows it is “waiting for President [Sarah] Palin, an Obama official reportedly told Peter Beinart, writing for the Atlantic Monthly news site. Palin was the Republican candidate for vice president two years ago and is considered a front-running candidate for the next presidential election in 2012. “As an Obama official once told me about the Netanyahu team, with amazement, ‘these guys are actually waiting for President Palin,’” wrote Beinart, a senior political writer for The Daily Beast and associate professor of journalism and political science at City University of New York. A spokesman for the camp offered a bit of advice for those wanting to get in: “Folks should get there early,” said Brian Rogers, McCain’s communications director. The event is free, on a first-come, first-served basis and does not require a ticket. A reasonable argument can be made that Sarah Palin did the right thing when she quit after two and a half years into her first term as Alaska governor. Yes she let many down when she asked us for her vote and then quit after a couple of years on the job. And yes some would argue the only reason she quit was for more money and fame. But regardless of her motives, her quitting could end up saving the country. Even Palin critics would have to admit she is a mighty force on the political scene. Whether it’s firing...

My parents and I just had a wonderful time at “Hard Work U” – the school motto of College of the Ozarks. It earned that proud nickname because students there work their way through college and graduate with little or no debt. (In other words, a place after my own heart, and the hearts of others who worked their way through college and, like me, maybe took five years to finish because of work schedules!) At tonight’s patriotic event at the college we heard some amazing personal stories of heroism and sacrifice by our military veterans in attendance, including members...

Steve Flesher of The American Thinker wrote a very nice piece on exactly how I and many Sarah Palin supporters view The Governor: Sarah Palin's Reagan Qualities. While some progressive types scramble to suddenly defend Reagan conservatism by writing articles titled "Sarah Palin is NOT the new Reagan," the life stories of Reagan and Palin contradict their theories by revealing stark similarities between these two fascinating Americans. Reagan and Palin were raised with similar values, attended similar schools, had similar competitive interests, and embarked on authentic, gradual segues into public service, with an undeniable connection to conservative Americans. Just like...

Arlington, TX –- The Bowling Proprietors' Association of America (BPAA), the bowling industry's leading trade association, announced today that the bowling industry rolled a strike, securing Sarah Palin as the keynote speaker at this summer's International Bowl Expo 2010. There are allegations from many conservatives that Sarah Palin is not being treated fairly by the media. No matter who you are or your political affiliation, you cannot deny the fact that Sarah Palin is electrifying. However, in her short time in the limelight, this up-and-coming Republican star has had more drama than the "Desperate Housewives" season finale (my wife makes me watch it). The people of Alaska elected Sarah Palin as their governor after her humble beginnings. There is a lot to be said about being born in Idaho to a school secretary and science teacher. It can't get...
  • Sarah Palin: Afghanistan, Health Care, “Climategate” - The Media Is Concerned About My Travel?

It’s really comical at this point! Despite all of the important events happening in the world today – the president’s speech tonight on the strategy in Afghanistan, the Senate debate over health care reform, the disturbing details of the “Climategate” scandal, the continuing challenges facing the world economy – the media is concerned about my travel and lodging arrangements on my book tour?! Does this sound familiar? It should. The media showed the same out-of-proportion obsession with my personal arrangements, clothes, and hairstyles last year instead of focusing on the crucial issues involving the election. So what is this news...

I hope Mike Huckabee meant it when he said recently that he's not sure he wants to make a second run for president. Though he's right up there with Sarah Palin in polls of the prospective Republican field for 2012, his odds of success are suddenly slim to none. You could argue that the former Arkansas governor is a victim of bad luck. You could argue that he's a victim of his own bad judgment. What's inarguable is that Huckabee commuted the prison term of a man killed by police after he allegedly shot and killed four police officers Sunday...

Sarah Palin not anti-choice enough? A far right group claims the former Alaska governor's rhetoric on abortion sounds too "liberal" and "pro-choice" BY KATE HARDING In Salon today, Max Blumenthal writes of Sarah Palin, "her career has become a vehicle through which the right-wing evangelical movement feels it can express its deepest identity in opposition both to secular society and to its representatives in the Obama White House. Palin is perceived by its leaders -- and followers -- not as another cynical politician or even as a self-promoting celebrity, but as a kind of magical helper, the God-fearing glamour girl...

The Alaska Governor is far more than someone who appeals to the (conservative) base, she is someone who can make the base appeal to America. This compact yet comprehensive diagnosis was made in the early hours of the Palin Derangement Syndrome (PDS) outbreak, when Sarah Palin was first being introduced to the nation. It still rings true as the Jurassic media continues a childish obsession with someone who does not control a single government lever. Having said that, PDS has now matured past epidemic to full-blown pandemic status with a derangement component that is now insanely intense. Remember, Palin does...
