Never heard of it? I remember following the returns precinct by precinct two years ago on the night of the Thune-Johnson Senate election. One county never showed up on election night and that was Shannon County. Thune was leading when all other counties had reported. Well, the next morning, Shannon went for Johnson by a margin of 10-1.
