President Donald Trump will be the first President to speak at the NRA Annual Meetings since Ronald Reagan did it in 1983. He will speak to the NRA’s 2017 Leadership Forum in Atlanta on April 28. Breitbart News reported that the NRA endorsed Trump on May 20, 2016, during the 2016 Annual Meetings in Louisville, Kentucky. Thereafter, the NRA campaigned for Trump, and Trump reminded voters again and again that he would work with the NRA to save the Second Amendment if elected. Trump will now return to speak to the gun rights group that cheered him to victory last...

Meet the 46 U.S. Senators Guilty of Treason U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch just announced America’s partnership with the United Nations to initiate a “global police force.” Her efforts are consistent with other politicians who reject the Second Amendment, not to mention the first several articles of the U.S. Constitution. In April 2013 the U.N. General Assembly overwhelmingly approved the first international treaty written to regulate a $60 billion global small arms trade. Only Iran, Syria, and North Korea opposed the treaty. In opposition to Obama and Kerry, the U.S. Senate voted 53-46 against the United Nations (U.N.) Arms Trade...

With technology changing rapidly I am looking for a solution to take payment for goods and services via credit card through my smart phone. Many small time operators have been using Square Reader for their point of purchase reader and my main concern is their policy of not allowing purchases of guns and ammunition. I support the Second Amendment and I don't want to use Square Reader if there are better alternatives out there. Square Reader takes 2.75% per transaction as well. Does anyone use another reader with a better constitutional record and/or lower fees?

Sparks flew at a rare Sunday session of the Senate as Republican veteran Sen. Orrin Hatch opened the session with a rebuke aimed squarely at an unrepentant Ted Cruz. The Senate establishment closed ranks against the Texas Republican presidential hopeful for a Senate floor speech Friday that denounced Majority Leader Mitch McConnell as a liar. The speech was out of line, said Hatch, the Senate’s president pro tempore.“Squabbling and sanctimony may be tolerated in other venues and perhaps on the campaign trail, but they have no place among colleagues in the United States Senate,” he said.Cruz did not waver, maintaining that McConnell...

On Monday, a federal judge struck down DC’s concealed carry law, calling the requirement for applicants to show “a good reason to fear injury to his or her person, which shall at a minimum require a showing of a special need for self protection distinguishable from the general community” as unconstitutional. Applicants had to document threats to their personal safety as well. Judge Frederick Scullin, who also struck down DC’s ban on carrying firearms outside of one’s home last summer, issued a preliminary injunction after two Florida residents sued over the DC’s onerous statute.

He admitted his bill will not prevent another Newtown massacre, “This is not a universal background check. This is a criminal and mental background check at gun shows and internet sales. It does not infringe on your right as a family… It protects the rights of our veterans… They (families of Newtown shooting victims) even recognized that this legislation we’re working on, which is the background checks on criminal and mental illness would not have saved their little babies."
