Video at link. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton told a New York audience this week that Fox News is giving her public statements unfair scrutiny because she is now a private citizen. President Trump’s 2016 campaign rival told a sold-out room at Rutgers University last week that reporters should stop telling her to “go away,” but on Tuesday she delivered a slightly different message. Mrs. Clinton told a group of women that she is part of “the resistance” against the White House’s agenda, but she wants less coverage of her efforts from Fox.

During the final months of the Clinton email investigation, FBI agent Peter Strzok was advised of an irregularity in the metadata of Hillary Clinton’s server that suggested a possible breach, but there was no significant follow up, according to two sources with knowledge of the matter. Sources told Fox News that Strzok, who sent anti-Trump text messages that got him removed from the ongoing Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe, was told about the metadata anomaly in 2016, but Strzok did not support a formal damage assessment.

Hillary Clinton’s security detail hated her so much that they privately snickered after she accidentally fell and broke her arm when she was secretary of state in 2009, one of her former guards told the Post. Clinton, then 61, was in the State Department basement on her way to meet President Obama when she took a spill — and ended up in the hospital for an operation to repair her shattered right elbow. “We sort of got the last laugh. It was kind of like payback: You’re treating us like s–t. Hey karma is a bitch! We were smiling to...

The FBI said in documents released Friday that Deputy Director Andrew McCabe did not have any role in the probe into Hillary Clinton's private email server while his wife ran as a Democrat for state office in Virginia. The documents note that Jill McCabe announced her candidacy for state Senate in Virginia in March 2015, while Andrew McCabe's role as deputy director started in February 2016, three months after his wife lost her electoral bid. Andrew McCabe had asked ethics officials if his wife's candidacy would lead to a potential conflict of interest while he was working as an assistant...

The Department of Justice has caved to pressure from the White House and is reportedly reopening the investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server. According to the Daily Beast, there is a new effort in the department to get new details on how Clinton and her aides — including former top aide Huma Abedin — handled classified material. The effort will look at how much classified information was on her private email server, and how that information got there. President Trump has continually questioned if and when the Justice Department would reopen its...

The discovery of text messages sent by Trump-hating FBI Peter Strzok left a permanent stain on Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s already tainted Russia investigation. In addition, the agent’s involvement in the Clinton email investigation poses a ‘landmine,’ for the probe as the Justice Department Inspector General’s report on the investigation looms. USA Today reports: Nearly a year later, Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s wide-ranging review of the FBI and Justice’s work in the politically-charged Clinton case now looms as a potential landmine for Russia special counsel Robert Mueller.

The Department of Justice has started asking FBI agents what they found when investigating the 2010 Uranium One deal linked to Bill and Hillary Clinton. On the orders of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, the DOJ has interviewed FBI agents who looked at the deal, where a Russian-backed company bought a uranium firm with mines in the U.S., NBC News reports. DOJ officials promised Congress the department would look into whether a special counsel is warranted to investigate the uranium deal, and possibly, bring charges. The 2010 sale of the Uranium One firm to Russian business was approved by nine departments...

FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe will be on Capitol Hill again to testify behind closed doors on Thursday, when he will likely be asked questions about the now-closed investigation into Hillary Clinton's private email server. The Department of Justice told the chairmen and ranking members of both the House Judiciary and House Oversight committees in a Wednesday letter that McCabe will be available for transcribed interviews, according to a House aide. McCabe's testimony will be classified. The Justice Department also made it clear that he will be unable to discuss matters within the scope of special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation...

Former FBI Assistant Director James Kallstrom got very candid with Stuart Varney on Fox Business about what is going on with the Deep State and the FBI. He says that patriots within the FBI are about to go public with huge new revelations that could blow up the “Russian collusion” investigation. He refers to the “5th Estate” and says it has been working to sabotage President Trump. Kallstrom says it is led by “a bunch of sycophants in the FBI” who are guilty of “obstruction of justice.” Wow and this is a guy who would know. Very interesting. Kallstrom didn’t...

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton struck a deal with the State Department while serving in the Obama administration that allowed her to take ownership of records she did not want made public, according to recently released reports. Clinton and her then-deputy chief of staff Huma Abedin were permitted to remove electronic and physical records under a claim they were "personal" materials and "unclassified, non-record materials." Judicial Watch made the revelation after filing a FOIA request with the State Department and obtaining a record of the agreement. The newly released documents show the deal allowed Clinton and Abedin to remove...

A former top counterintelligence expert at the FBI, now at the center of a political uproar for exchanging private messages that appeared to mock President Donald Trump, changed a key phrase in former FBI Director James Comey's description of how former secretary of state Hillary Clinton handled classified information, according to US officials familiar with the matter. Electronic records show Peter Strzok, who led the investigation of Hillary Clinton's private email server as the No. 2 official in the counterintelligence division, changed Comey's earlier draft language describing Clinton's actions as "grossly negligent" to "extremely careless," the source said. The drafting...

The former top FBI official assigned to special counsel Robert S. Mueller III’s probe of Russian interference in the 2016 election was taken off that job this past summer after his bosses discovered he and another member of Mueller’s team had exchanged politically charged texts disparaging President Trump and supportive of Hillary Clinton. Peter Strzok, as deputy head of counterintelligence at the FBI, was a key player in the investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server to do government work as secretary of state, as well as the probe into possible coordination between the Trump campaign and Russia...
