In the first of a series of free votes on the most controversial aspects of the Human Fertility and Embryology Bill, 336 MPs voted against the amendment to ban all use of human-animal embryos. SOMERSET, Pa. -- A Somerset man is accused of breaking his infant's leg and shocking the baby with a stun gun, WTAE Channel 4's Jennifer Miele reported on Thursday. Brandon Alan Austill, 21, was arraigned on charges including six counts of aggravated assault and eight counts of reckless endangerment.
