Nov 10, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The head of Russia’s notorious prison, Butyrka, said that it was ready to improve the living conditions of the inmates with the help of some new facilities that included sunbeds. The head of the prison, Sergei Telyatnikov told the media on Tuesday that the prison was also considering several new medical facilities as well. He revealed that the sunbeds will be installed for medical purposes and he is expecting them to be installed by the end of the year.
