<p>KETCHUM, Idaho - She first came to Idaho 36 years ago, a young newlywed toting her 6-week-old son, a suitcase full of diapers, and a tube of Boraxo diaper rash cream.</p>
<p>Her husband, John Heinz III of the Pittsburgh ketchup family, would ski the mountain slopes where he learned the sport as a child, but Teresa Heinz would stay behind at the Sun Valley Lodge, nursing her son John IV and tucking him in for naps on the floor between the twin beds.</p>
