Police in London are hunting for a vicious thug who was caught on security camera cold-cocking an innocent 16-year-old girl from behind as she walked alone on the street last week. The teenager, identified as a student from Plaistow, a borough in east London, was walking near her home around lunchtime on Nov. 13 when the man snuck up behind her and hit her with a brutal, wind-up punch on the right side of the head.
