Police in Salisbury say a driver who was stopped for having tinted windows ended the night with drug charges after they saw crack fall from his pants and watched him eat it in front of them. According to police, Salisbury's Police Interdiction Team stopped the vehicle of 31-year-old Kenneth Dwayne Swann Thursday night along Green Street at the dead end.
