Top of the Pops, one of the longest-running shows in British television history, will end its run after 42 years on July 30, the BBC announced Tuesday. With the show now attracting an audience of fewer than one million, "the time has come to bring the show to its natural conclusion," said the BBC's director of television Jana Bennett.
