<description>It is with sad regrets to report that Capt. John K. Nevin USAAC has passed away at the age of 87. Capt. Nevin was commisioned in Jan. 1942. Stationed Kumming China July 1942. Returned Stateside 1944. Received Bronze Star, 3 DFC&#x26;#x27;s, 4 Air Medals, 2 Presidential Citations. Flew &#x26;#x22;the Hump&#x26;#x22; keeping the Chinese supplied. Prayers are requested for his family.</description>
