  • The Wayseers Join Oath Keepers To Occupy The Occupation! (occupy wall street)

On Thursday, Constitutional watchdog Oath Keepers announced their support for the Occupy Wall Street and Occupy the Fed protests: Oath Keepers sees good reason to stand in the streets with these awakening souls and protect their right to free speech, to peacefully assemble, and to redress their grievances to their government, as the Constitution prescribes for all Americans. That is one thing. Another facet of our initiative is to use these public gatherings to reach and teach many who now hunger for the truth -- we can show them how the Constitution will protect them better than an oversized, bloated...

They Don’t Want Jobs – They Want Revolution Marxists, union officials, Code Pink leaders, and far left loons held a rally against capitalism today at the Chamber of Commerce Headquarters in Washington DC. The protesters don’t like the kind of jobs created by Chamber of Commerce members in a free society. That’s Marxist Code Pink founder Medea Benjamin speaking to the protesters from the stage.videoAnd, what a coincidence… Here, Barack Obama came out today and supported the protesters and attacked banks right along with them. You’d almost think this whole movement was planned by the White House? Hmm.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney) -- Many of the Occupy Wall Street protesters might not realize it, but they got really lucky when they elected to gather at Zuccotti Park in downtown Manhattan. Contrary to what most people think, the park isn't a public space; it's actually privately owned by Brookfield Office Properties, which has approximately 18 million square feet in Manhattan, including the World Financial Center. And that's why the group has been able to stay there for 20 days.

New York (CNN) -- As the Occupy Wall Street protesters rally for a third week, social media sites such as Twitter seem to be spurring similar protests in other cities. A Twitter account called Occupy Boston mentions a citywide college walkout there Wednesday. Meanwhile, the Massachusetts Nurses Association says hundreds of the city's nurses will rally with the Occupy Boston protesters on Wednesday. The association says the protest will be part of the opening day activities for a national nursing convention in Boston.

The “Occupy Wall Street” protests and former White House “green jobs czar” Van Jones are the beginning of an “American Fall,” according to Rep. John Larson, chairman of the House Democratic Caucus. In Tuesday evening remarks before a group of visiting activists and journalists from Egypt and Tunisia, Larson said the United States has drawn inspiration from revolutions in those countries and, as a result, is experiencing its own “Arab Spring, if you will.” In an exclusive interview with The Daily Caller following his speech, Larson said left-wing activists with “the right morals” are pushing America’s democracy to “evolve.”

Van Jones is unabashedly anti-Tea Party. After resigning from the Obama administration back in 2009, the former “green jobs” adviser seems to have finally found a calling in railing against the conservative movement. During “Take Back the American Dream” this week, a three-day conference in Washington, D.C., intended to inspire liberal activists and their enthusiasts, Jones slammed the Tea Party, dismissing its cause as “silly” and “the worst.” However, his jabs were also countered with some positive compliments about the inner workers of the Tea Party — a movement that has become a part of the nation’s political discourse. For...

Politics: The hippie horde attempting to mob and "occupy" Wall Street this week has a method to its madness. It's all about getting President Obama re-elected by employing classic Alinskyite tactics. At first glance, the latest protests staged by left-wing rent-a-mobs in New York, Washington, Los Angeles and elsewhere don't look terribly different from the World Trade Organization and global debt-amnesty spectaculars of a decade ago. Radicals swarm against some hated totem, chant, break a few Starbucks windows and leave scads of garbage for someone else to clean up. But the "Occupy Wall Street" mob that shut down the Brooklyn...

Obama confidante Valerie Jarrett echoed that praise to a cheering crowd at the Netroots Nation convention this summer. “Van Jones, we were so delighted to be able to recruit him into the White House,...

Do you remember President Obama’s former Green Jobs Czar Van Jones? He openly identified himself as a “communist” and an “anarchist” and made many racist comments. Moreover, he suggested that our nation deserved 911 and signed the Truther petition in 2004. “It’s the bombs that the government has been dropping around the world that are now blowing up inside the U.S. border.” Guess who he was speaking to yesterday? Answer: the Democrat Congressional Caucus. How did the Massachusetts delegation react? None of them denounced this speaker or the meeting.

I remember taking a forestry class my freshman year of college. The curriculum, presented by a veteran instructor from the California Department of Forestry, covered several related topics that included ecology, biology, life cycles, wild-land fire control, conservation, and commerce based on those natural resources. I never heard the associate professor use the word "environment" or "environmentalist" during the course. Granted, it was years ago, and course outlines do change over time as new information on any given subject becomes available. But, the disconnect suggests the environmentalist movement is a recent concoction that has little basis in traditional resource management...

Dear MoveOn member, "Can liberals start their own tea party?"1 That was a Washington Post headline on Friday—and it's a good question. Last week, green jobs visionary Van Jones introduced a new organization focused on progressive economic solutions: Rebuild the Dream. Rebuild the Dream is joining with organizations including MoveOn, the AFL-CIO, SEIU, the Campaign for Community Change, and many more, to launch a new effort to build up a people-powered movement to counter the influence of the tea party. The first step for this emerging American Dream movement is creating our own blueprint for fixing the economy—an all-new Contract...

Van Jones Is Creating the Milli Vanilli of Tea Parties by Jeff Dunetz Truther, Self-described communist, and former Obama Green Jobs Czar Van Jones has a new mission, to start a progressive version of the Tea Party movement. Just like the real tea party, the Van Jones creation is based on economics. There are major differences though, being a progressive movement its basic premise is a lie, and instead of being a bottom up grass roots organization like the tea party, the Van Jones version is top down similar to the progressive philosophy that everything must be run by a...

Well, according to AFL-CIO president Rich Trumka, only the American “labor movement” is all about the “real” American Dream. I guess that means the rest of us haven’t got a clue. Opening with Van Jones’ “American Dream” mantra, Trumka announced his pledge of 12 million union laborers and their families to support Van Jones’ “Rebuild the Dream” movement. Trumka then goes on to explain that the real American Dream is not about a few of us having a lot, but about all of us having a “fair portion.” “The American Dream is not that a few of us will get...

Almost two years since he was forced to resign his White House job, Van Jones is threatening legal action against Fox News and Glenn Beck, whose focus on exposing Jones’s past ties to radical movements played a leading role in firing up the conservative maelstrom that ultimately drove Jones from the administration. Attorneys acting on behalf of the president’s former “green jobs” czar sent a letter to Fox News demanding that the network immediately cease using six characterizations about Jones and asked for a retraction from Glenn Beck by June 24. The six characterizations described in the letter, obtained by...
