A major Clinton donor and friend to Huma Abedin recently said that the longtime aide receiving scrutiny for her involvement in Clinton’s email scandal “would die for Hillary.”Marc Lasry, who has already donated thousands to Hillary for America and has contributed between $100,000 and $250,000 to the Clinton Foundation, told the New York Times that Abedin is “as loyal as they come” to Clinton.“She loves Hillary,” Lasry explained. “She would die for Hillary. Really, what she’s always looking at is, ‘What’s in the best interest of Hillary?’”“Her life is Hillary,” added the donor, who is close enough to Abedin to...

When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t get a vote in a Democrat controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion and other efforts. The operator of a political website that parodies the presidential hopes of Hillary Clinton has just gotten a lesson in realpolitik and what happens when someone crosses the Clintons. Marinka Peschmann, a freelance journalist and author, has been marketing a number of different buttons and bumper stickers for the “Hillary 2016: Prison or POTUS” campaign on the website Zazzle.com. One of those caught the eye of Clinton-campaign lawyers and is now no longer available.

"The action, which names Secretary of State Jon Husted and Attorney General Mike DeWine as defendants, was filed by a group called Ohio Organizing Collaborative and three individuals. Long before her entrance into the Twitter-verse and subsequent self-declaration as a "pantsuit aficionado," Hillary Clinton left little doubt that she was, well, a pantsuit aficionado. Tangerine, candy apple red, lemon yellow—the former Secretary of State hasn't found a juicy hued suit that she hasn't just loved. And why should she? They're her staple! Mrs. Clinton's pantsuit kick isn't anything new. Her passion for pantsuits began in the early '90s, and since she's treated the American political scene to a stylish parade of rainbow-hued suits. From her time as a Senator to her 2008 presidential campaign bid, Mrs. Clinton has...

...It may even be the case that some of these Democrats with rattled nerves are less anxious about Clinton’s prowess against Republicans than about the fact that all of the party’s hopes now rest on her shoulders. Her campaign has become a single point of failure for Democratic politics. If she wins in 2016, she won’t ride into office with big congressional supermajorities poised to pass progressive legislation. WASHINGTON - Whitewater prosecutors have obtained from the attic of the late Vincent Foster's house a second set of Hillary Rodham Clinton's law-firm billing records, lawyers said today. The new records have fewer handwritten notations and fewer pages, but generally contain the same information as the set belatedly found in the White House in 1996. As President Obama sinks in the polls, Democrats and liberal pundits inevitably are searching for a scapegoat. The most likely victim appears to be gaffe-prone Vice President Joe Biden, who has become the focus of speculation that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton just might replace him on the 2012 Democratic ticket. Former Virginia Gov. Doug Wilder, his state's first African-American governor, touched off the controversy. Writing at Politico.com last week, Mr. Wilder argued that Mr. Biden's tenure has been undistinguished and chock full of "too many YouTube moments." He charged that Mr. Biden "has continued to undermine what little confidence...

In an article in American Vogue magazine in which Mr Miliband was described as "tall and dashing", the interviewer joked about developing a crush on the 44-year-old Foreign Secretary after hearing his British accent on the telephone. "Well, if you saw him it would be a big crush. I mean, he is so vibrant, vital, attractive, smart," said Mrs Clinton, 18 years Mr Miliband's senior. "He's a really good guy. And he's so young!" Mr Miliband is rarely cited as a political heartthrob. Alastair Campbell, Tony Blair's former spokesman, reflected the prevailing mood when he nicknamed him Brains after the...
  • Killing Girls Is Bad, Killing Boys Is Okay (Hillary)

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is upset about abortion. Well, not abortion per se. But some abortions. Of girls. Apparently killing boys is okay. Abortion is one issue never likely to disappear. It sets protection of life and liberty in apparent conflict and raises challenging issues such as responsibility and privacy. But the issue can't be avoided. The bottom line of abortion is a dead baby. No amount of obfuscation and euphemism can hide the obvious. And if abortion is a legal right, beyond regulation by government, then motivation is irrelevant. If you have a right to kill all babies,...
  • Sotomayor Helped Puncture Vince Foster Conspiracy Theories

Among Sonia Sotomayor's many judicial accomplishments is the piercing one of the federal government's unnecessary and counterproductive claims of secrecy--and the right-wing conspiracy theories it generated. As the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press notes, in 1995, Sotomayor ordered the public release of the legendary Vince Foster suicide note. Sotomayor's Republican critics may not want to call attention to her jurisprudence in this case. Her order helped drain the fever swamps of right-wing fantasists who said that Foster had been murdered. It also effectively silenced the editors of the Wall Street Journal, Rush Limbaugh and others who had kept...

Vince Foster's Death In July 1993, Clinton aide Vince Foster was found dead in a Virginia park. The death was officially pronounced a suicide, but rumors abounded that Foster was murdered. Foster's death has ties to several White House scandals, including the administration's handling of "Travelgate," the Waco incident and the Whitewater affair. The Whitewater Connection Kenneth Starr, special counsel in charge of the Whitewater investigation, investigated Foster's death and what relationship it might have had with Whitewater. In three articles in the Electronic Telegraph, Ambrose Evans-Pritchard reported on the investigation and the possibility of a coverup. In March 20,...

Clinton Sheiks the Money Tree By Dick Morris and Eileen McGann Monday, April 07, 2008 QUESTION: Is it appropriate for the spouse of a US senator and a presidential candidate to be in business with the leader of a foreign country? A foreign country that has lots of matters before the US government? ANSWER: No. Hillary and Bill Clinton's tax returns from 2000-2006 reveal that he made at least $8 million from foreign sources and another $15 million from Yucaipa, which is owned by supermarket magnate and "Friend of Bill" Ron Burkle. It's been reported that Yucaipa manages the financial...

Hillary Rodham Clinton’s cash-strapped presidential campaign has been putting off paying hundreds of bills for months — freeing up cash for critical media buys, but also earning the campaign a reputation as something of a deadbeat in some small business circles. A pair of Ohio companies owed more than $25,000 by Clinton for staging events for her campaign are warning others in the tight-knit event production community — and anyone else who will listen — to get their cash upfront when doing business with her. Her campaign, say representatives of the two companies, has stopped returning phone calls and e-mails...
