I was reading the text of the interview between Kalb and Rather and learned that the Rather story on Bush's aborted National Guard service was thwarted by "blogs" called "Free Republic" and "Buckhead." I did find a Buckhead.org, but it just seems to be a bland Atlanta area news source, so I don't know the story in that. So I came here. And guess what? Nothing. Your story page is nothing more than boilerplate site/conservative mission comments. I really don't know why this blog is meaningful at all. I would guess the main stream media has nothing to worry about.

has anyone seen this before? How does this happen?

Could all problems cause move by US to take aggressive action. Could problems justify such moves? Maybe.

How do we, as republicans, prevent the spread of bile under the guise of conservatism? You all claim to oppose Islam but advocate the same things they do. You even worship the same god they do. Gas costs so much. I cant afford it. Why want Bush do something? Don't say he can't. His daddy or his handlers could be on the phone in 2 minutes with the Rothchilds and by 1 week, oil prices would be under $20 and gas would be 1 dollar a gallon. You know it and I know it. Pardon the vanity but I believe this will make for an intriguing thread. I have been following rather closely this I-Pod phenomenon with interest. There was a piece in USA Today last week where they compare the I-Pod users with cult members. One 20 something was quoted as saying "my I-Pod changed my life." Yesterday was a bitter day indeed for our friends at DirtyUnderpants.com. Sean is going off again on Flipper about her wearing leather boots and eating meat. He has so worn out that crap. I guess he just doesn't have anything interesting to say so he starts picking on her. What I am asking for? People to check out the tx.motorcycles newsgroup and reply to a person listed as Brian Walker. He seems to be a person that really gotten upset about Kerry losing. And his father, Bill Walker, also to a lesser extent. Some name calling there, including calling Repubs - "Welfare Queens" You will just have to read the posts by both Walkers to understand what I am talking about. Yes... Just a couple weeks ago I got banned from this website for posting matierial on why holloween is evil and why Christians shouldn't celebrate and I found out that it got banned. People began shouting zot and told me to get out. I posted another article later on about a movement by Pastor Peter J Peters that we should make write in votes for Jesus Christ. I posted fine intelectual articles from a conservative Christian viewpoint All of which I might add were within the criteria made by Jim Robinson's statement. STILL BANNED! What is wrong with you people!?...

How is everyone feeling about the election? I am confident for two reasons. 1. Most electoral-projection maps have Bush winning. Taking averages is better than looking at just one poll, electoral map, etc... 2. Bush has solid leads in most of his red states whereas Kerry is in serious danger of loosing several of Gore's blue states (NM, IA, WI, MN, MI, PA, HI).
