Their tactics were so disruptive that at one point, Judge Hoffman ordered Seale gagged and strapped to his chair.     Leonard Weinglass, an attorney who represented clients in high-profile political cases ranging from the Chicago Seven in the 1960s to the so-called Cuban Five in recent years, has died in New York City. He was 77. Colleague Michael Krinsky says Weinglass died Wednesday night of pancreatic cancer.
