As many of you know, "The Savage Nation" used to air in its entirety in Washington, DC on 730AM - WTNT. Since January 1st, 2012, the first live hour of the show (6-7pm) has been replaced by "The Armstrong Williams Show" (which is taped). At 7:06pm, Dr. Savage and "The Savage Nation" returns to the WTNT airwaves. So therefore, Armstrong's show lasts only one hour. This makes me MAD because WTNT removed Dr. Savage from the first live hour (6-7pm), which is the MOST IMPORTANT HOUR OF THE SHOW -- aside from the fact that it's the one hour where...

The Democratic Party’s rare loss of a congressional seat in its urban heartland Tuesday, accompanied by a blowout defeat in a Nevada special election, marked the latest in a string of demoralizing setbacks that threatened to deepen the party’s crisis of confidence and raise concerns about President Barack Obama’s political fortunes. In New York, Bob Turner(R) soundly defeated Democrat David Weprin in a House contest that – in the view of party leaders, at least — featured an anemic urban machine, distracted labor unions, and disloyal voters. In Nevada, a consequential state for the president’s re-election strategy, Democrats suffered a...

CHICAGO (AP) — The nation's two largest hot dog makers took their legal beefs on Monday to federal court, where a judge will determine whether Oscar Mayer or Ball Park franks broke false-advertising laws in their efforts to become top dog. As the bench trial got under way, U.S. Magistrate Judge Morton Denlow cast his eyes across the Chicago courtroom, where half a dozen attorneys were at opposing tables, and said, "Let the wiener wars begin." The battle pits Chicago-area companies Sara Lee Corp., which makes Ball Park franks, against Kraft Foods Inc., which makes Oscar Mayer, in a case...

President Obama will host the first White House Twitter town hall next week, an event announced today on (of course) Twitter. On July 6, the president will answer questions tweeted to #AskObama live from the White House via webcast. Twitter co-founder Jack Dorsey will moderate, and Twitter will use its own curation methods to choose the questions. Some portion of the live audience will be drawn from the 2.25 million people who follow @whitehouse — making the event not just a townhall but a ‘Tweetup.’ Those visitors won’t ask in-person questions, but White House Director of New Media Macon Phillips...

NEW CASTLE, Del. -- Police here are investigating direct online communications between New York Rep. Anthony Weiner and a 17-year-old girl and are looking for any other young women who may be involved, though the nature of the communications wasn't immediately clear. The police probe comes as Weiner, who is married, fends off calls from both sides of the aisle in Congress for him to quit after he admitted to lying about his inappropriate online and phone communications with a half dozen women. Weiner's interactions with the Delaware girl "were neither explicit nor indecent," Weiner spokeswoman Risa Heller said Friday...

Creepy congressman Anthony Weiner tweeted with a 17-year-old high school girl - but he insists he kept his pants on. "She was not targeted in any way and did not receive any inappropriate messages or photos or anything from the congressman," a source close to the Delaware girl told the Daily News. "If she had, her family would have filed charges." The News is not identifying the teenager. That revelation came as Weiner got his first shoutout of support from a prominent Democrat - Harlem heavyweight Rep. Charlie Rangel - since his sexting scandal erupted. DEVELOPING: NEW CASTLE, Del. -- Police on Friday afternoon came to the home of a 17-year-old high school junior to ask her about direct online communications she has had with Rep. Anthony Weiner. Two officers from the New Castle County Police Department arrived at the girl's home around 4:30 p.m. and asked to speak with the girl's mother about the daughter's contact with Weiner. Another officer appeared at the home a short time later. A FoxNews.com reporter was at the home when the police arrived. The girl, whose name is being withheld because she is a minor, told FoxNews.com, "I'm...

Mr. Weiner, who paused several times to collect himself, said repeatedly that he had no explanation to offer for his conduct. When a reporter asked, "What were you thinking?" he replied, "I don't know what I was thinking. These were destructive things to do." Thus Andrew Reinbach at the Puffington Host Sunday: "What's gone largely unremarked is that the tactics used against Rep. Weiner are the ones at the top of the Right Wing toolkit. At a minimum, the Right Wing displays a fondness for tactics, and a willingness to stoop, that I think have no place in the public...

Sen. Chuck Schumer said he doesn’t think his fellow New York Democrat Rep. Anthony Weiner had anything to do with the picture of a man’s erect penis underneath gray boxer-briefs sent from Weiner’s official Twitter account Friday night. “I don’t know the details,” Schumer said, according to the New York Daily News. “But I know him to be a person of integrity and I am virtually certain he had nothing to do with this.” Schumer’s office did not, however, respond to The Daily Caller’s request as to whether he’d like an official investigation to learn all those details he doesn’t...

NEW YORK – New York Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner (WEE'-nuhr) says racy, shirtless pictures that appeared on a website are him and he's apologizing for what he calls making terrible mistakes. During a teary-eyed press conference, he says he won't resign.

Weiner's thinly-veiled BS isn't fooling anybody... Rep Anthony Weiner's previous claims of victimhood at the hands of "hackers" is crumbling fast. The first thing I asked when Weinergate the story broke is "can't they track this stuff to the "hacker's" ISP or something?". The truth is all Weiner ever had to do was report it to the FBI and the subpoena would be issued to Twitter promptly... so what you waiting for, Weinerdude? Fortunately for the cause of truth and justice, TweetCongress.org's archives can accomplish something close to that, as The Daily has now deduced: turns out the infamous bulging-briefs shot was sent from...

Weinergate: Weiner's Wiener Continues To Make A Mess **SNIP** As for why Weiner hasn't gotten the police involved, he told reporters that he doesn't want to "make a federal case" out of it, which is why he hired private law firm, Baker & Hostetler, to look into it. But some doubt Weiner's excuse. On NY1 last night former mayor Ed Koch pointed out that "You do commit a crime if you give false information to the police and report a crime when a crime didn't take place. I think he's in trouble...I think he has a problem." With Weiner seemingly...

ouse Minority Whip Rep. Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) on Tuesday expressed support for Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.), who said his Twitter account was hacked over the weekend when a lewd photograph showed up on the feed. “Somebody hacked into his Twitter account and projected material -- which can happen, I guess, to anybody -- which was not generated by Mr. Weiner,” the second-ranking House Democrat told reporters Tuesday at his weekly roundtable. Hoyer called the incident “unfortunate” and said that he had not spoken with Weiner but that he believes the lawmaker, who has retained an attorney, is “pursuing the proper...

US Rep. Anthony Weiner yesterday spent the day on the grill after a lewd photo purporting to be of him was sent to a pretty Seattle coed from his Twitter account -- but the young woman insisted a stalker was the culprit. -snip- Some DC wonks were skeptical of Weiner's hacking story and questioned the lack of a police report about a crime as serious as Internet identity theft, a Washington insider said. The uncertainty was also fed by Weiner's decision to quickly delete the posted photo -- and every other photo connected to the account.

I won't be posting the KOmmie rants from their THREAD, "Breitbart's Weiner hoax: New photos surface! Analysis, and Surprise!" because the hilarity isn't so much in what they said but in how they presented it. You have to actually see their thread to fully appreciate the unintentional humor in the highly detailed closeup analysis of several Weiner bulge photos plus the accompanying charts. They are so desperate to pin Weinergate on Andrew Breitbart that I won't be a bit surprised if they present spectral analysis graphs of the Weiner bulge as well as subject the pics to a CAT...

Subject under discussion: the death tax. Few things tick off swine like Weiner more than the gov't not being able to heavily tax people's estates (at 100%, if they had their druthers), and the commie Weiner was true to form. When Megyn challenged him by saying the earned money has already been taxed several times, Weiner turned his head to the side and pouted, refusing to look at the camera. "It's not their money; they're DEAD," he kept repeating in as haughty a manner as possible. And "it's not the heirs' money; they didn't earn it!" I only caught about...

Hi All, We all know that Congresscritter Weiner is trying to take down Glenn Beck any way he can, and he's trying to do it by going after his sponsors. I saw a bit of Weiner grilling some Goldline executive today, and since Goldline has the audacity to advertise the FACT that FDR issued an executive order outlawing the private ownership of gold, with some exceptions, like historical and collectible coins and jewelery. Weiner specifically criticized the executive and Goldline for not telling their customers that the executive order was (supposedly) repealed the following year, in 1934. But here's my...

A crowd of about 50 people confronted County Commissioner Michael Wiener on Monday, demanding his resignation for having forwarded a racist joke through e-mail. Wiener apologized to the protesters but has no plans to resign. "I made a mistake," he told the crowd. "I can't take it back." Present at the rally were members of the University of New Mexico Black Student Union, League of United Latin American Citizens and College Democrats. They carried signs with slogans such as "No More Wieners in Office" and "Racism is not a joke."

Rep. Anthony Weiner says Republicans have chutzpah. Chutzpah is something the Brooklyn Democrat knows well. While debating health insurance reform recently, Weiner stood up on the floor and ripped into Republicans, calling them "wholly owned subsidiaries of the insurance industry." After a few seconds, Rep. Dan Lungren, a Republican from California, asked that Weiner's words be "taken down," a rare request for the speaker to discipline a House member for using inappropriate language. Weiner left, then returned saying he would substitute his words. He actually sounded slightly remorseful. It was a ruse. After he was given the nod for a...

How can New York City hot dog vendors afford a monthly rent of $53,558? A hot dog vendor was kicked from the curb outside New York City's Metropolitan Museum of Art last week for failure to pay his monthly rent—of $53,558. Pasang Sherpa was under contract to pay the Parks Department $362,201 a year for a stand on the south side of the Met's entrance and $280,500 for another on the north side. That's a lot of hot dogs. With rent astronomically high, how much do New York City hot dog vendors actually make? It's hard to say. Neither the...

MOUNT PLEASANT, Wis. - One southern Wisconsin homeowner is probably not in love with the Oscar Mayer wiener. The famed hot dog's Wienermobile crashed Friday into the deck and garage of a home in Mount Pleasant, about 35 miles south of Milwaukee. Police said the driver was trying to turn the Wienermobile around in the driveway and thought she was moving in reverse. But she instead went forward and hit the home. It sat in the driveway as if it were stuck in the garage Friday afternoon.

Out of the 250-plus replies I received regarding my recent article, "The Savage silence of the lambs" and the radio interview Dr. Savage did of me, about half of the respondents took up my challenge to answer the question: "Why have virtually the entire conservative and liberal media so hardened their hearts and closed their bowels of compassion against Michael Savage?" Here is a summary replies: * The reason why Fox News, Rush, Hannity, conservative talk radio and the mainstream media daily ignores the work of Michael Savage is because he calls them names all the time. * Savage has...

SAN FRANCISCO -- The 1996 ballot measure that outlawed preferential treatment for women and minorities in government programs is unconstitutional because it prohibits all affirmative action and fosters the discrimination it was supposed to eliminate, Attorney General Jerry Brown told the state Supreme Court on Wednesday. Brown's opinion, which the court requested in considering a lawsuit that two white-owned contractors brought against San Francisco, could reopen the legal debate on Proposition 209. A federal appeals court upheld the measure in 1997, but the state's high court has never ruled on its validity. It could also become an issue in Brown's...

MANSFIELD -- Let's be frank: motor vehicle accidents aren't much fun for anyone. But when a 27-foot-long tube-steak spins out on a snow-covered highway, it's bound to generate some grins. That's what happened Sunday to an Oscar Mayer Wienermobile on Route 15 about two miles south of Mansfield (at least it didn't roll over). The growler contained two "hotdoggers" -- driver Emily Volpini, 22, of Lexington, Ky., and Caylen Goudie, 22, of Hinsdale, Ill. Although they didn't relish the experience, they weren't hurt, investigating state Trooper Rex Johnson said. "Hotdoggers" are goodwill ambassadors for Kraft Foods and Oscar Mayer. There...

Today's New York Post Page Six gossip column offers readers the following prima facie risible item: Not So Secret HUMA Abedin, the traveling aide who is rarely out of Hillary Rodham Clinton's sight, has been seen with bachelor Rep. Anthony Weiner on the campaign trail. Shortly before Clinton arrived for a fund-raiser Thursday night at the Hiro club in the Meatpacking District, Abedin was spotted going into the Maritime Hotel around the corner with Weiner. If they were trying to keep their affair a secret, you'd think they'd find someplace where political reporters wouldn't be walking by. "If they were...

Michael Savage, one of the most vocal talk-radio opponents of "San Francisco liberals," has the best talk-radio ratings among key listener demographics in that California city. Talk Radio Networks' "The Michael Savage Show" is tops in News/Talk with a 4.3 share among male listeners 12 and older. Savage has a 4.8 share with men aged 25 to 54, and a 5.6 share with men aged 35 to 64 in the Fall Book on his flagship station of Talk910-AM KNEW, San Francisco. Savage's national radio audience also had substantial growth in cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, Atlanta,...

A legal services firm with strong ties to the Democratic Party plans to ask a State Supreme Court justice Friday to halt a possible runoff election between Fernando Ferrer and Anthony Weiner, arguing that it would waste up to $12 million in city funds. Following Weiner's concession to Ferrer, no one is arguing that a runoff is necessary, but the question is whether or not the law requires it. The Board of Elections says it does. The public advocacy group filing suit says the Board of Elections is misreading the law. The President of the Board of Elections tells the...

Micahel Savage , is known on this site, for criticizing our President, on a given day. Some of this criticism is warranted: such as inaction on the Illegal alien problem. BUT- NOW,Savage, (Or Weiner, as some call him), seems to be joining the chours of "it's all Bush's fault", regarding the mess in NO. Tonight, he had Pat Buchannan on, saying "the president was asleep at the switch" and "this will hurt Bush, very badly". Savage agreed with everythng Pat said, and I only could listen for a few minutes. WHAT IS WRONG WITH SAVAGE? Does he not realize, that...

Rep. Anthony Weiner, Mr. Anti-Wal-Mart, has taken tens of thousands of dollars in campaign cash from businessmen who made fortunes working with the big-box store, finance records show. The sponsor of Wal-Mart-bashing legislation that's headed to the House floor this week has pocketed more than $30,000 from two families with ties to America's No. 1 retailer. The Cayre family, which once managed Wal-Mart's software, poured over $15,000 into Weiner's campaign coffers, mostly to his congressional fund. And the Dabah family, which provided Wal-Mart with clothing for well over two decades, gave him over $17,000 for his mayoral run. "Anthony Weiner...
