I work client support for a company that creates software and an online application that allows retailers and suppliers to communicate data (sales/deliveries/items/costs, etc). Our biggest money maker is "scan-based trading". Google that term and you'll see my company listed in the "Sponsored Links" on the right or the 4th site down in the search.
I'm pretty good at my job.
Probably because I sit behind a desk all day and have done most of my communication with fellow humans over email or on the phone for the last several years....I'm pretty much a "nervous nelly" face to face. :-/

scan59 and I have 3 kids: Oldest daughter is a dental assistant. She also has a very cute and very smart daughter, age 8. (Yep, we're grandparents.) Our son is MM3 in the US Navy aboard the USS George Washington (beast of a machine). His ship is underway to Japan to take the place of the USS Kitty Hawk. Youngest daughter is captain of her volleyball team, an accomplished musician (the bassoon) and, at least for now, hopes to be a Constitutional lawyer someday. (All lawyers should be "Constitutional", but that's another story.)
I'm not proud of my kids at all. ;-)
