Past experience in working with felons has left me very biased against correctional system, government programs which encourage development of future felons.

Having seen banking from the inside, believe that banks are generally victims of government policies. Strong believer in capitalism. Believe that current government regulations and taxes are impeding growth by keeping individuals from going into business. Think minimum wage is a bad idea and that it hurts more than helps the general economy.

Have lost faith in Congress, especially Republicans, to do the right thing.

Believe that influence of social media is a bad thing as evidenced by flash mobs and addictive personalities.

Think our current education system is a dismal failure.

Married to a good Christian woman who keeps me sane by reminding me that God is in control.
