I'm a sergeant in the US Army. I serve in the infantry and have twice been deployed to Iraq. I recently got involutarily extended and will now have to go back to that hellhole of a place. I am the recipient of two purple hearts so anyone who says that this war is not dangerous is sadly mistaken. I have a seathing dislike for conservatives who tell me what I should be doing and how I should be "patriotic" and they have never actually been in real combat. Combat has a way of making all that political crap go out the window.
