"I don't think so" <...every once in a while we all need to take some time to reflect...when I find myself "too high" (glad), or "too angry" at something or someone and need to get grounded I take a look at this particular video on youtube. I'm usually by myself, with no one around, no distractions,but with the headset on as not to disturb anyone else.
