Hi. I’m a Freeper from the suburbs of Illinois, in wonderful, and Very Republican DuPage County. My sister is also an avid Freeper who is attending the FreeRepublic Ball, in honor of our new President, George W. Bush. What stories she will have to tell me. I direct all people of like mind that I meet to the FR website, and hopefully have brought other converts into the Freeper world. I work at a major university in Chicago (surrounded by the ideological enemy), and in my earlier years was a Republican Committeeman for about 8-10 years. Have been at this at FR since 1998, and can’t imagine life without this website. It maintains my sanity in a sometimes insane world. Here’s to Free Republic and all its wonderful minions willing to put principle and integrity on the line in the battle for the conservative cause!
