Member here since May 2001, but conservative since the early 90’s. I cried when Bill Clinton won his first election, had “Mourning in America” scrolling on my screen saver at the office for weeks. I live in the bluest state in the union, Massachusetts. This is the first state to allow gay marriage, where the kindergarten teacher “came out” to his students, where all of 10 our congressman are “D”s. The FR is a pleasure to visit. It got me through the rough election time and I like to get a “hit” whenever things look particularly liberal - which is most of the time here.
