This isn’t some big fancy National PAC - just a small, extremely wealthy, and influential Group of South Floridians upset over this Theresa Marie Schindler-Schiavo atrocity and abuses of the Florida Legal System for personal and malicious gain.

(4) Influence 2004 U.S. Federal Legislation to pass a “Terri’s Law” that provides Federal “umbrella protection” to “Severely Disabled People(SDP), like Terri Schiavo, as defined by new Laws, where SDP’s can never be legally, judicially, or legislatively executed, at the “pleasure” of one person, and that SDP’s have special “Kemp Sea Turtle” type Federal Protection Laws and Rights.

One of our members, who is a very gifted, credentialed, and respected MD, PhD - Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, has a niece that is the oldest know living PVS victim in the United States. This PVS women has been just like Terri for 42 years!, has baffled all physicians and “experts”, and is a National private study case. Bottom line is, the women appears happy, is “healthy as a horse” for being PVS, and her Christian parents never could make the decision to stop feeding her and let her starve to death. Kind of hard to let a family member, that is not dying, starve to death if you believe in the Scriptures.

Our Group’s Chairman is one of the top degenerative disease specialists in the world. He has an extremely rare and fatal form of Parkinson’s Disease since 36 years old, is presently ten years passed his medically estimated life expectancy at 49, and does quite well. His extremely well financed Milan, Italy based Institute, with medical facilities also in the U.S. and Japan, develops and utilizes highly advanced neural-hormonal therapies that are quite effective in placing into managed remission many neurodegenerative and skeletomuscular early-onset degenerative diseases.

The Station Concert Club Fire - West Warwick, R.I. Feb 20, 2003
Before this Human Rights Cause, I invested a significant amount of compensated time with another P.A.C. investigating and responding to the West Warwick, Rhode Island, Station Concert Club Fire. On February 20, 2003 this horrendous fire, which was started by the pyrotechnics of the 80’s rock band Great White, killed 100, and injured another 188 people in less that four minutes (81% of the total concert crowd). It was the fourth deadliest nightclub fire in U.S. history, and the single deadliest fire every started by an entertainment act.

The devastation and human toll was over as quick as it started. The “80’s leftover and aged” rock band used a totally inappropriate pyrotechnic device, without any club management or local Fire Marshall approval, and without having any State and Federal strictly required licenses and permits. The club owners densely lined the inside of the Concert Club with cheap and illegal soundproofing material, to quell local neighbors noise complaints, that subsequent forensics analysis showed was the equivalent of highly explosive, quick flashpoint napalm. The local fire marshall/building inspector, who performed annual building inspections of the Club for three years after the highly flammable foam was installed, never noted a problem with the soundproofing in his reports. Federal and State laws required that soundproofing foam, used for this purpose & in this type of 60-year-old wooden building, must be conspicuously marked as “flame retardant” or “flame resistant”. State and local laws also required the building inspector to test a piece of the installed foam for its flame resistant capabilities as part of annual inspections.

Average income of the small town where this historic fire occurred, which is just 13 miles south of Providence, R.I., is $19,787, with an unemployment rate 5% above National average. 31% of the killed and seriously injured victims had no health insurance. Two burn victims medical bills are already over $1.5 million dollars each. Twice, the U.S. Federal Government has turned down the Rhode Island Governor’s request for Federal assistance to help affected people recover from this holocaust. Some of the victims’ extremely painful burn and disfiguration injuries are the worst attending regional physicians and National burn specialists have witnessed.
