SpaceX has show the flap for Block 2 Starship; StarShip 29 is mated with Booster 11; FAA launch license for Flight 4 expected in the last week of May or early June. SpaceX will launch as soon as they have the license.
All technical issues from Flight 3 have been fixed. FAA mishap investigation (Flight 3) remains open, but no problem - as long as no public safety issues were involved in the mishap.
