Stefanik voted to sustain objections to certifying the electoral results in two states where Trump lost, Arizona and Pennsylvania. Why would Paul Singer support someone that has been helping Trump?

Billionaires like Singer play both sides of the political platform with their donations. Like all donations they have strings attached but one never knows. IMO she is probably a typical politician taking the side of whoever has the momentum of power and at the moment for the GOP that is Trump. She may be “reformed” but her future actions will dictate if she has embraced Trump’s MAGA movement or is a political opportunist. From her past one has to be leary, but she could have seen where the future of the party is and to stay politically relevant took Trump’s platform as hers going forward. But politicians are like chameleons, they can change color on a moment’s notice. IMO we shouldn’t wear blinders about politicians just because Trump endorsed them.

It is possible that people can change for the better. We will have to wait and see with Stefanik.
