Oh yeah, I remember the in-school news channel being planned in the late '80s... they were planning a student journalism channel (kid broadcasters), can't remember the name of the channel, but it was being done by CNN if I recall correctly.

It's the same thing as CNN in airports. They get paid for people being forced to watch it. They're under contract for all the airports and, apparently, the schools too.

People who know marketing know that brands become embedded in your habits very early on. If your mom served you Fruit Loops for breakfast, you are very unlikely to switch to Fruity-Ohs later in life, even if they are the exact same no-nutritional-value thing.

Yesterday, in the harbor, I was informed that there is going to be a “Convoy” today “Honk, honk” with appropriate pumping arm gesture.

Here? I asked.

Yes. Here.

Here on Mitkof Island, pop 2500 to 3000 souls more or less. Mitkof island with about fifty miles of paved road total. There is at least one, possibly two, tractor rigs on the island to transport containers from the barge landing. Of course there are a lot of pickups and light trucks. It should be entertaining.

PR is taking a camera to record at the starting point, PSG airport. I will be waiting with my camera at the end point almost 3/4 mile away downtown to record the events.

Zacharia Sitchins has covered all this pretty well. The digs he documents are beyond fascinating. Look up Inana.

My understanding is you take one or the other — if you’re doing large doses of zinc. If you’re taking normal doses of zinc, then the lysine will boost them.

Glad to hear the progress report, PPD.

A good friend of mine just settled in Colorado Springs. If I get up that way I’ll let you know in case a mini-meetup is a possibility.

A message from Wneighbor:

“Sorry so late. Been a rough weekend. Lloyd just left for vet to have his 16 yr old dog put down. We are still alive. The whole economics of virus hit our business hard and we’ve struggled to keep our home. It’s looking up the last 2 months but I no longer have a device with which I can get online so no Freeping. We’ve got a lot of necessities to amend before I even think about a new device. We are bouncing back.”

#1870 I had a forced air furnance that over 30 years I had to replace an induction fan/blower several timez. When it got weak it didn’t create enough vacuum to close a diaphragm switch that controlled the the gas valve/ignition circuit.

I recommend looking for a classical homeopath. I feel 95% better than I did two and a half weeks ago. My breathing problems wouldn’t let me sleep, and now I sleep like a log for 7-8 hours. Much more energy, too. And no drugs. I put the nebulizer in the closet before that, when it stopped really doing anything positive. But the homeopath is great! Gave me all these great results on the first try with a remedy. Truly a Godsend. And it’s no wonder the medical establishment loves to call them quacks and pseudoscientists every chance they get! They don’t want us to know.
